Great product. When I am on it, I can see that my body is maintaining good shape/state. As soon as I leave it, I can feel the weight starts coming back with bloating. The product works great, but you do need to eat healthy and workout to get sustainable results.

I bought this product weeks ago and I'm really happy
I have been using this product for over a year. I take it approx 30 to 60 min before training. I can feel it kick in and it gives me more energy during my workouts and my mind stays clear and focused during the workout even when I have become fatigued. There is a noticeable difference to my workout when I don't use it especially towards the end of the workout. If you can keep focused you can train hard through your entire workout. I keep some in my training bag and some in my car. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to to turn fat to energy but most of all a clear mind for really hard workouts.
