I frequently purchase INC Glutamine from Chemist Warehouse. Always in stock and sometimes you can get TWO for ONE. How great is that. No other chemists offer that deal. I have it each morning to replace depleted stores of Glutamine from my muscles due to overnight sleep and body repair. I also mix it with milk and INC Whey Protein and drink this after each weightlifting routine - three times per week. Consuming this after each workout again replaces glutamine depleted from muscles due to the workout. A great product and any serious bodybuilder needs to add this supplement to their supplements routine.
