I was using this case for my Xs and it was working well, just like a normal case. However, I went to a school dance with my phone in my lose fitting pocket, and then was in the middle of the mosh pit for about 30 minutes when I noticed I no longer had my phone. It took us about 15 minutes until we found it, and we were expecting it to be completely destroyed or at least crippled. Both of the front and back cameras didn't have a scratch and the screen only had a hairline crack that could pass as a scratch. The back of the case was pretty scrapped up, especially the corner next to the camera, but other than that no damage was done to my phone. Luck definitely played a role, but being in the mosh pit for that long and surviving takes a stellar iPhone case. Just got my Midnight Blue Dual Pro from Amazon in today. First thing, I like how the inner part of the case is frosted blue, and solid blue on the top and bottom. Second thing, is the outer shell of the case is a nice matte finish, which means a resistance to smudges and finger prints. I generally use a clear case on my phones with a hard back and TPU around the edges to show off the color of the phone. The main problem, aside from the TPU bumper yellowing over time, is the amount of finger prints that show up along with any specks of dust that get inside. The camera cutout is nice and even, the bottom cutouts are nice and even, although the left speaker is slightly smaller on the Max, and the lightning port has a big enough cutout for using a third party lighting cable if you opt to not use wireless charging. Finally, which I have seen some reviewers on Amazon mention to be a slight issue for them, is the tactile feel of the buttons and the cutout for the silence rocker switch. The silence rocker is a bit recessed, but I found no major issue with switching it on or off. The volume buttons and the main power button, have a nice solid tactile feel to them and are not that difficult to press. In closing, this is a nice case overall, without being as bulky as some other cases, has a nice amount of grip, feels solid in the hand and offers nice all around protection. I would recommend this to anyone, not wanting to spend too much or too little on an overall great case for their new XS Max.

Absolutely love Incipio cases & have bought many over the years. They've always been beautiful & indestructible. I loved the look & promised protection of the Dual Pro cases & bought 2 - one in red/black the other in midnight blue. I was disappointed by the case because just after a couple of days of using the red/black case, the "buffed" coating on red cover became visibly scratched & rubbed off in places. I'm surprised no other review mentioned this. I'm keeping both cases for protection but hesitate to recommend them for wear.

I love the dual layer protection, one soft silicone around the phone and then a harder more durable outer sleeve. Another thing i like about it is that it has a slightly grippy, tacky feel to it so the chance of it slipping out of hand is minimal. Ive used this model for about 4-5 years and really like everything about it. It's also easy to wash and keep clean.
I love this product, after purchasing multiple cases from multiple sources Incipio came thru. This cases looks good, provides good protection and has a great grip in the hand. Most cases didnt make me feel confident holding my iphone XR, they just weren't what I needed, but the Incipio Dual-Pro checks all my boxes. I do wish the edge around the screen was taller, but its the best I've found combined with my other needs.
Having used many different brands, I found the Dualpro and will now not use any other. My wife and I traded up to iPhone 10R recently from our 6 and 7, and purchased 2, one at the Verizon store and one direct from Incipio.Was surprised to find that the clear version for my wife's phone did not have the 'hard' outer shell as does my black case. Called to ask about that and was satisfied that the answers were fast, knowledgeable, and courteous.
This case was not exactly what I thought it would be. I thought the back would have a rubber-like texture, but it's actually more of a soft plastic. So yes, it does scratch a bit but that doesn't bother me at all. It is grippy enough, just not exactly what I was expecting. The pink color is very cute and not over the top! :)
This is a pretty solid case, it fits exceptionally well on an iPhone X. It feels solid, buttons, charging port and speaker openings are where they are supposed to be unlike other lesser known brands. Only time will tell how durable this case will be. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating in other words the only “con” would be that it’s a bit “slippery” doesn’t have much of a grip. That being said, as of the writing of this review I am very pleased with the overall quality and build of this case.
