As long as I have had a phone I have only used Incipio cases. I have dropped my phone multiple times and my case has taken a beating but there has never been any damage on my actually phone. I like that the bumper on the front it high because when my phone falls on it’s face the screen doesn’t touch the ground so it doesn’t crack. There are two pieces to this case. I hard shell and a soft shell. The hard shell gives you the protection. And the soft shell makes it feel comfortable in your hand

I am partial to Incipio cases. They seem to be well thought out and carefully manufactured. I am in favor of safety for my phones and use the dual pro line exclusively. There is an inner rubber like like layer that is surrounded by a hard layer. This is not unusual, but the Dual pro's outer case has a rubber like feel that is very secure in the hand. For me, this is a critical element since more than once I have seen people bring their phones up out of their pocket and slips right our of their hand. Phones cost too much too carry without protection. This case fits tight to the phone and doesn't add a lot of bulk, but it does add a lot of protection.

Incipio's Dual Pro is the only case I will buy. It is tough, easy to grip, and not bulky. The later model smart phones a re so slim and smooth that I don't see how anyone can hang on to them. People take dropping their phone for granted, but I can't afford that kind of careless attitude. The Dualists Pro offers the best feature for the money. I don't care that someone can't get this out of their skin tight jeans. I don't wear skin tight clothes and I would rather have a protected phone than worry about fashionable clothes.

I have purchased many Incipio dual pro cases for more than ten years, for all my phones. I dropped my phone and this case saved it!! It passed the drop test several times when the outer case once broke but the inside second layer saved my phone. I purchased at least 10 cases in several colours. I needed a case now for my iPhone SE2020. I read a negative review with someone saying the material is not the same as it used to be and not good. I ordered anyway and took a chance. I am delighted. It is just the same great quality as ever, velvety smooth to the touch and fits perfect. I have now ordered two more. This case is the best out there!!
Plastic over buttons too thick. It is difficult to lock my Iphone using the button on the right side of the phone. The plastic cover over over the lock button is too thick. Today, I took it back to ask for help. Clay, the manager of the Duluth, Ga. store, is very courteous and helpful. He showed me how to press the plastic cover over the lock button in a certain way to ensure it was locked. The Duluth, Ga store is a great place to shop. The staff is always willing to work with me when I need assistance. I just hope your other locations have as courteous and helpful people, as those at the Duluth, Ga store. Betty Jarrett

Had a DualPro on my previous (Gen 1) SE. After 5+ years it looked the same as when new. Great combination of protection without a lot of added bulk. Just the right amount of GRIPPY here: An iPhone with no case at all is quite slick and slippery, and some other cases that actually claim to be grippy certainly are not (I've had a couple). But the DualPro is not TOO grippy either, which ends up with lint etc stuck all over (had a couple like that also).
Dualpro excellent design of soft liner on phone & ridgid PC hard impact resistant exterior 2 piece designSmoke color with yellow liner excellent, given case a dark military green appearance in direct sunlight while the bright yellow vivid & pops visually :) Strong design also easy to install. Low profile does not add much bulk or mass for sleek case that is also protective. Nice combination of form & function & good design.The hard PC polycarbonate outer layer feels very slipper with finger oil & picks up fingerprints very easily, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars

I am Incipio DualPro cases admirer and buy only Incipio for myself as well as my family members. This case color is beautiful BUT the case has highly shiny surface showing finger prints and looking messy all the time. Also it is NOT SCRATCH RESISTANT so my case is not even full month old but has lots of visible scratches looking really tatty. I did not even know that Incipio makes this kind of cases since their signature case finishes are soft and non-scratch. I am so disappointed with this product and intend to send it direct to Incipio for replacement with something up to their standards as this case - certainly is not.
