Any returns without necessary authorisation will not be eligible for a full refund. If the item is no longer wanted or required, you are responsible for the returns postage. You will be notified via email that a refund has been applied or replacement has been dispatched. Items must be well packaged for the return journey so they do not become damaged in transit and do not stick any packaging tape to the item itself. Our contact details can also found on our invoice within the parcel. Please note: Your consumer Rights are not affected. Please read our returns procedure carefully! It also might be beneficial to check with your neighbours who could have accepted the items on your behalf or any secure locations on your property (including bins or under hedges).
