Dangerous for infants who don’t have head control yet. Infants head is positioned forward with their chins against their chests. Even if awake and supervised, the position of the child’s head could cause affixation and it’s silent when they are infants. Do not put your baby in this!

What it does do is rock side to side due to poor quality materials and the way it was designed. It seems description has been changed now, but we just put this together after buying months ago for registry, and it does not automatically bounce. All it does is vibrate (woop dee Doo) ... Not a great price for a seat that just vibrates. Will be returning for something different. (Glad I bought it off the registry so that returning is an option.)
Bought this for my first grandchild and very concerned with the safety of the handle. It is natural for anyone to lift the bouncer with the handle over the top to move it to another space. The handle snaps off and does not stay in place. Will not use this product. Very unsafe
I ordered this item for a baby shower gift. Received it on Friday evening and the shower is tomorrow (Sunday). The outside box was damaged and when I opened it and the box for the bouncer was a disaster. I have uploaded pictures to show how terrible it looked. It was completely ripped open on one side and the box was ripped in multiple other spots. On one large section of the flat part of the box, the top layer of paper was completely ripped off exposing bare cardboard. There is absolutely no way that box was in good condition before it was packaged and sent to me. It couldn't have been damaged that bad inside another box. Someone had to have packaged it damaged. The worst part about this? It is virtually impossible to get someone to help you at BBB. There is no ... MoreI ordered this item for a baby shower gift. My Grandson is now 9 weeks old and he loves spending some time in here particularly with the vibration on. It's great when his parents are eating dinner at the table and he will sit quite nicely in here for 10 or 15 minutes. It is better for him now from about 7-8 weeks when he has a bit more control of his head, although it says from newborn I think the angle of it meant he wasn't that comfortable to start with.
I regret adding this to my gift registry. It is leveled at an angle that is not good for my newborn. It doesn’t look like the one in the photo as advertised when it comes to the angle. The baby sinks in the middle and doesn’t enjoy being in it. I barely use it. The animals the hang are too far back and I can’t move it forward so my baby can’t really see them. Overall disappointing!
when my baby was small, I had to agree with some of the other reviews that the seat was too deep and it put the baby at a weird angle that was causing their head to shift forward. however since my baby has gotten bigger the deeper seat works better her head is it a proper angle. so I think this works best for older babies or larger babies.
assembled and then rechecked the directions to make sure it was correct because it looked weird. It had the baby sitting in such an upright position her chin was resting on her chest (not safe). I don't know why they designed it that way it would be much nicer if it had more a reclined position. We ended up buying a different one because this one was almost unusable.
