While a bit fiddly to put the liner on - and remembering the sock is for either the L or R foot these are great. Comfortable and help prevent blisters and rubbing on the toes.

These socks are a great combo of toe sock liner and wool hiking sock. They are very comfortable, fit perfectly (8/M)... but look nothing like the picture. The liner's height is correct, the outer sock goes all the way to my knee. I do not know how this is "crew". This very much reduces their appeal for me.

Absolutely fantastic socks and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that does a lot of walking. Very comfortable and kind to your feet. VERY expensive, but dare I say, definitely worth it the expense. I will be ordering more for my next walking adventure.

Good combination for extra protection and comfort especially for longer hikes. Not exceptional thick hence relatively lightweight overall.
As a dedicated toe sock wearer to reduce the odd feeling of numb toes from surgery, I moved to hiking socks and liners when I resumed hiking. The liners make them versatile as a thin sock on their own with the comfort padding of the shaped hikers sharing the load. Make sure you check you have the correct lefts and rights if you have more than one set.
Fantastic socks. Definantly worth the price. I wear these hiking and don’t get any blisters. They are strange to wear at first but once you get walking feel great.
Great Socks. Sizing is perfect, it looks like the toe part will seem a little small but once on they fit snugly. Kept my feet warm throughout out camping trip.
Fit is good - I am women’s size 11. Liners are soft and comfortable, tricky to get on, small threads came loose from the stitching but I don’t see any holes. These liners need to be handled with care, certainly need a strong sock over them. Warm for winter trail walking.
The best socks bar none. Liner is nice and soft and the larger sock fits loose so as to not constrict toe movement. Great for cold days.
This sock is truly a breakthrough when it comes to hiking footwear. So many liner sock combinations cramp the toes and prevent them from moving properly and messing up your gait. The combination of a toe liner that allow free movement with a generous over-sock will help avoid blisters while keeping the entire body engaged in fluid motion.
