Great product at a reasonable price. I've been looking for a sous vide stick for quite a while, and what I've found has been a bit overpriced for what it does. I've got a RIMS keggle brew system that makes fantastic all grain beers, but wanted to be able to make small 2.5 gallon experimental batches, and this is the ticket to do all grain BIAB on your stove top for minimal investment. Not to mention all the great culinary things you can do with a sous vide stick. Inkbird controls my freezer, a starter chamber (made from a smoker), my yeast bank freezer, and glycol chiller. Trustworthy products

I infuse oils with different herbs. Was using a slow cooker in the past but you can't be accurate enough with the water temperature. Using the Sous Vide allows for 100% control of the temperature. I am able to set the timer for up to 99 hours, which is far more than I need for my purposes.I know that this was designed to cook food, but I have found another great use for it. Yes, I will also try cooking with it as well.I was very impressed with the speed at which I received the product. From the time I pressed order, it was six days until I picked it up.Thanks for yet another great product Inkbird.

Very satisfied
It worked pretty good for my first batch! The Inkbird Sous Vide held my mash temps really well. I brewed a one gallon batch of Cali Common using the BIAB method. This sous vide did take a while to reach my mash temp and the clip prevents the circulator from being submerged in my five gallon pot properly. However, the device is user friendly and the WiFi feature is a great addition. I’m hesitant to give it five stars only because I’ve only brewed one batch with it, and I haven’t had the opportunity to cook with it yet.
I use this to control my heat mats for my indoor seed starting trays.
Great control of your aquarium temperature. Control hart and fans on one simple to setup control. Wish the probe was rubber coated to avoid deterioration when used in salt water.
I have 2 now. Great product. Your fish tank cant over heat or drop too low without the Inkbird alerting you via WiFi.
