I have suffered from IBS for years and this is the only thing that has made me feel normal again. I use this daily as well as probiotica.. and digestive enzymes when I eat a large or not so healthy meal and it has worked wonders! Highly recommended!

Taking this regularly has completely changed my bowels for the better. My migraines which accompanied my symptoms have greatly reduced, nausea is gone, and my head feels clear and not foggy. One capsule works well, but I will take 2 if I'm unwell or I can't eat super clean. Great stuff.

I have been taking these probiotics for more than a month now and I have IBD (Crohn, currently inactive) and IBS. My IBS morning urgency stopped two weeks after starting this product. Highly recommended!
I have just been through another flare up from my IBD diagnosis. I have struggled immensely for 5 weeks with bouts of constipation, loose stools, unfinished feeling, nausea, cramps, headaches, fatigue, blood, foggy brain function and the list goes on. My sister reminded me of how well i function when i was taking these probiotics. My whole being thrives! internally and energetically.... So needless to say i have purchased another bottle recently and perhaps from now on will just stay on them continually with shorter breaks in-between. I recommend these along side your best possible diet and avoiding your personal food triggers : ) : ) Looking forward to brighter probiotic days ahead.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome

My research in to this product prior to purchase indicated that it was much more likely to assist with Irritable Bowel Syndrome than Inflammatory Bowel Disease. I suffered from IBD and not IBS, but thought it might be worth a try. With persistence, the results have been very positive. From at least several bouts a month lasting days at a time I am now only experiencing occasional (say once every two months) milder bouts lasting a day or two at most. My bowels are more regular and other digestive difficulties diminished. I take one capsule first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with a large drink, six days a week. (Sunday is a rest day.) I am on my fourth large bottle now and will try an extended break soon to see if the results hold.
Unfortunately I have not had any improvement with my IBS symptoms of diarrhoea & bloating with this product. I have nearly completed a month of daily use.
This product is fantastic. It helps me a lot. I take it first thing in the morning. It helps me to be more regular and I have hardly any stomachs cramps as a result of coeliac disease.
