I brought up this issue and customer service said that the hand cream set is not part of the promo even if it’s included in the 4 choices when you click the promo link. I was just told “we are sorry for the inconvenience.” After that, agent is no longer responsive. Very poor customer service. It is not the consumer’s fault for being misled. It looks like I am not the only one who did not get the advertised freebies here. I should have read the earlier comments before purchasing. Also, check the price before and after the promo period. That’s more than a 2,000-peso difference if you’re not very observant. And I don’t think it’s really worth 3,599.60. Wow, Innisfree, you really like fooling your customers here.

I have been on a search for a hydrating light AM use serum for my oily acne prone skin. The sample of this serum was available to select with my online purchase. I have tested 2 samples over few days and enjoyed using it. I fund this serum ligh-weight, fresh scented, easy to apply, well absorbing, leaving no residue nor greasy finish - which is very desirable for my oily skin. This serum absorbs fully and is compatible with my toner and AM moisturiser (from a different brand) as well as my spf primer. I had poor experience with some serums as they stayed on the surface of the skin and pilled off on application of a moisturiser and silicon based primer. I am considering buying a full size product to keep my skin hydrated in summer. I love that they reformulated this so that it no longer contains fragrance. It used to feel so good and hydrating, but the fragrance gave me allergic reactions and destroyed my skin barrier. But now with the reformulation it contains xylitol! Xylitol is EXTREMELY toxic to dogs, even at incredibly small, microscopic doses. Meaning xylitol is one of the rare ingredients where just having this product on your face or your hands and accidentally having your dog lick you could kill your dog. I wouldn't even keep this in the house because I have dogs, and you never know when something might spill on the floor, or they might get into it in some other way. I recommend steering clear of this product entirely if you have dogs or are around dogs at all. I suffer from year-round dry skin and after using this serum for a few weeks and I instantly notice my skin looking healthier and brighter after I apply it. This Green Tea Hyaluronic Acid Refillable Serum has a heavy glass bottle with a pump that doesn't over dispense product. There isn't much fragrance and the serum is thick enough to apply easily. I apply it to damp skin after double cleansing in the evening and after a splash of cool water in the morning. After using it twice daily for 2 weeks I can see a difference in my complexion. This is because of the multitude of ingredients this serum contains. There are not only moisturizing properties, but also antibacterial, and clarifying ingredients. My face is bright and clear with no redness, zero breakouts, greasiness, or flaking and my makeup looks better. I love that it's refillable and the bright white packaging is clean and modern.
