Innisfree Jeju Cherry Blossom Jelly Cream - 50 ml

I will preface my review by saying that my skin is very dry and irritated and super sensitive right now due to a broken skin barrier. That being said - I really like this jelly cream! It does not irritate my skin or make it burn like other products have been doing lately. It goes on nice and cold and feels very soothing. I love the light fragrance it has as well. I notice it works best for me at the moment if I layer it on after multiple, heavier moisturizers. Tonight I tried it on it’s own after only using a little bit of cetaphil moisturizer and felt like my skin wasn’t as glowy and soft as it has been. I think this would work better for me in the summer or at least when my skin isn’t angry! I will for sure repurchase this :)

Love this moisturizer sm! I love pairing it with the cleanser as well! But by itself it is absolutely amazing ! It smells so beauty, and as someone with sensitive skin who usually can’t handle fragranced products- I have had NO issues whatsoever! This stuff is amazing and feels like a sip of water for my skin! The price was a little high, but I’m glad I made the plunge! It comes with SO much product and you don’t need to use much at all! I’ve been loving it in my skincare routine- but I think it works best as a primer before your makeup! Literally makes my foundation stay put all day , I didn’t even need setting spray! I bought this on a whim when I needed a gel moisturizer that was still within budget to take with me on vacation. I bought it thinking this will do for now and I'll look research for something nicer once I get back. I was actually surprised by how good this was. Definitely moisturized without making my normal to oily skin feel greasy. Added a nice glow to the skin that was very much a healthy youthful skin glow from within kind of look and not a put some shimmer on my face kind of look. My makeup also went on really nicely over this. Will definitely repurchase and try more from this brand.

I was short on money and this was an affordable choice. Also my skin had been very dry. So I gave it a shot. It definitely helped to rehydrate my skin. I noticed it right away. It’s a very jelly like consistency that gives a noticeable glow. If you have very dry skin this may not be enough moisture for you though. Oily or combination skin is likely to adore it. Wears well under makeup. The scent is very subtle. The tub didn’t last very long but it’s under $30, making it one of the more affordable quality moisturizers out there. If you are on a budget, I would check this out. Especially if you have oily or combination skin.

I have gone through several tubs of this product because it’s just that good. It’s very light weight and smells very floral (which others may have a problem with) but the scent isn’t too strong. It smells very clean. I love using this at night especially right before bed because it leaves a thin layer of moisture on your skin and quickly absorbs. It leaves my night routine feeling complete. During the day it is also very effective as I like to use it before I put any makeup on my face. Without makeup, it leaves a glass-skin appearance. Packaging is also very cute to put on your counter.

I have have it for over 6 months and haven't gotten far through the tub because I do not wear it daily, or even weekly although I have used it enough times to get a feel for it. One issue I have encountered however is that when I look at my skin closely in the mirror with sunlight I notice little flakes of the product that have settled on the skin. I don't know if this is something I am doing wrong or that's just how the product is but I am still figuring out how to sort that out. It is not visible unless you stare closely in the mirror so it isn't the biggest problem. When I wore it under masks I experienced lots of peeling which was a shame. Each tub comes with a clear plastic spatula to use which is very helpful. I'd recommend it to oily, combo, normal skin types or if you want a simple, no-fuss moisturiser. I have only recently stopped purchasing it because of how quickly it runs out between 2 people and it is a bit pricey when you have to order 2 packs every few months. I bought this a while back but have only recently began using it regularly. During the winter I have another water cream I prefer for the season simply because it feels nicer in the winter months. I have been searching for a nice gel moisturizer though, because as I have oily skin gels are my favourite texture. This one is really nice. It's a lovely lightweight gel and really does give the dewy glass skin-look. I don't think it's brightening in the way my vitamin C day-cream is but it's really lovely for the glass-skin-glow on no-make-up days and applied under make-up for summer evenings out. I didn;t need a primer or to wait ages for this to sink in, make up just applies smoothly on-top. This is definitely a summer favourite.
