We are generally happy with this product. We bought it because of the hot water feature. It has taken a while to get used to the location of the levers but that is OK now. The main residual issue is that the spout is too short to get to the centre of the sink so this limits its usefulness in rinsing dishes etc. The product looks good and we are generally happy with the purchase although it was quite expensive. If we had our time over we would have paid more attention to the limitations of the spout.
