We are generally happy with this product. We bought it because of the hot water feature. It has taken a while to get used to the location of the levers but that is OK now. The main residual issue is that the spout is too short to get to the centre of the sink so this limits its usefulness in rinsing dishes etc. The product looks good and we are generally happy with the purchase although it was quite expensive. If we had our time over we would have paid more attention to the limitations of the spout.

Repeat buyer here, had this installed in previous house and liked it enough to purchase again. Very easy to use. The only downside is that the spout is short which means the water only makes it to the first third of your bowl, making it a bit more difficult to rinse/clean. However, we consider this a minor inconvenience as it totally outweighs the pros. Lesson learned in the past: changing the filter on time (every 6-7 months) keeps the performance optimal. The compact size of the tank makes it easy to fit under the sink, making it possible to cut out around it and still leaving enough room to utilise drawers under the bench. After 3 years of use, no permanent water stains on any of the parts, just a quick wipe takes care of it. The 3L tank is sufficient for us (3 person household). Not only used to make tea and coffee but also instant disinfection of cutting boards, utensils, etc. Highly recommended.

I think it’s hot enough for tea and is really handy in the kitchen . My husband thinks that it’s not hot enough and has takenI think the water is hot enough for tea , my husband has taken to boiling in the microwave . Quality and Price really good
