Delivery was prompt, the quality of the product is excellent. Very strong material while being light. Secure bolts included. Maybe the instructions could be improved, but not a deal-breaker. Would buy again, certainly.

Easy to install. Great coverage, I can finally leave my window open in the threat of rain. I still get a lovely breeze but avoid getting everything wet. It also looks good

This awning is over my kitchen on the east and has made a difference you would not believe. Rain would always result in having to completely close up the window (stuffy in summer). Great improvement.

Installation would have been fairly simple, but we could not install it across a solid wall. The 2m awning comes in 2 parts. A bracket has to be installed in the centre. In our case the centre was in the middle of the window bay, so we had to improvise something to attached the bracket. Once installed, it works well and looks good. A few more instructions may have helped.
This is a well made and thought out awning which is easy to install,due to it being lite weight. It emits light into the window, but deflects rain so that a window can be left open during a rain event. The long-term durability of the polycarbonate sheeting will be the final test, but hopefully this will be year's away.
Took 6 weeks to receive however packaging was poor and hence corner damage to sheets. Now the fun starts to obtain replacement or refund: Wish I hadn’t bothered….
- Delivery was quick. - No instructions. - did not show which side of the panel should face up (maybe it doesn't matter-would have been good to be told) - Checked on You tube for installation instructions, quite easy to put up but you need two or more people and 2 ladders, etc. - according to You Tube, the poly panels should have have had thin aluminium foil on either side of the panel to stop any water going inside the panels. No aluminium foil on the panels or in the box. - it does its job and looks good.
