Instant Pot Stainless Steel Inner Pot - 5.7 Litre

I use the instant pot almost every day and have also gifted it. I now own 3, yes 3! We have a big family and sometimes I like to meal prep so I make multiple meals at the same time. All of my instant pots came with a stainless steel inner pot and I love it! If anything sticks to the pot I usually add salt and water after cooking, but it on saute and then take a bottle cleaner to it and it comes right off. They are safe to go in the dishwasher or you can purchase a separate lid and just put it directly in your fridge if you have leftovers reheat the next day in the instant pot again.

I don’t know what I would do without my Instant Pot Pressure Cooker… Seriously. It’s the one kitchen appliance that I can consistently count on for delicious low-effort meals. It’s simple to use as long as you follow the instructions and there’s tons of recipes available for just about everything under the sun, even desserts! The stainless steel inner pot is durable and fits inside perfectly. I love my instant pot. I was having issues with making my rice on the stove it always came out mushy. I bought my instant pot from Amazon warehouse and it was the best purchase this year. I have had other rice cookers and they have died out after a couple uses. I have used this instant pot and the steel pot for everything from chicken to beef to rice. I have yet to do desserts but once I find a good recipe I will try it. I feel like this is a must for any home kitchen appliances.

Bad quality

I'm very disappointed with the inner pot. I thought that my previous one was getting old because things were sticking to the bottom. This one is doing the same thing from the first time I used it. I keep getting overheating errors all the time because of it. It’s a very poor quality stainless steel. The fact that this pot doesn’t work well, makes the use of the instant pot very difficult.Teresa.

Extra Inner Pots+Glass Lids=Less Work+More Fun!

I love the Stainless Steel Inner Pot (6-Qt.). I got an extra one to cook things like rice, for example, then remove the pot, keep it warm on the stove, and use the other to cook something else. I also have two Instant Pot glass lids that fit the inner pots. I use them when keeping food warm, reheating, or to just put the whole thing in the fridge to reheat later. I find that this arrangement makes it easy to cook and store food without having to transfer it to (and clean) different containers. The pots and lids are dishwasher safe and they are also easy to clean by hand as I often do to have them at the ready. Good stuff!

Extra Pot to Love

I put off getting my instant pot after over 10 years with a successful stove top pressure cooker. But then I read and read and realized that I had a steamer a rice cooker a slow cooker and a pressure cooker and I had to always watch my pressure cooker when it was on the stove so I jumped in feet first and have never looked back I love my instant pot.Now that brings me to the extra pot.I'm always using pots and pans cooking multiple things and often one of those is soaking so that it's easier to clean. And I found myself putting the brakes on because I couldn't use my instant pot anymore when a pot was soaking. And I had an option, by another instant pot or find another inner pot. After the first couple of days I started feeling foolish why did I spend money on something I didn't need. But after 30 days it became part of the family and I use it all the time there are always two pots close at hand.No regrets I love both the pots like children I don't know which one is the extra pot or the first pot but I love them and I even use the extra pot stove top with the glass lid.

Metal bottom wears while using. Very unhappy

This was sent to me as a replacement for the one they came with my instant pot because small spots on bottom began to wear away after 2 uses while cooking rice. This pot wore away with bigger spots in just one use of also cooking rice. I used a plastic spoon to scoop the rice, light soap, water and a nonabrasive sponge to clean it so I am confident it happened while being heated during cooking and isn't do to my handling. Sadly I will be looking to return my instant because I do not want pieces of metal contaminating my food.

My BFF

I can't say that it added a welcoming touch to the entrance of my home. I can't say that it was just the right complement to my C&B pillow. I can't say that it provided an extra sparkle to the bath. But, I can say it was exactly what I wanted, arrived exactly when it was supposed to, and was in perfect shape. And that's all that counts.

Quality Purchase and Genuine Instant Pot Product

Received product properly packaged, no damage. Quality product. Purchased this as an extra inner pot for my 6 Qt Instant Pot. Fit perfectly, so I know it's the real thing. I have 2 other 6 Qt inner pots and they have stood up to the test of time. Love using them. Great purchase, and reasonably priced. Would recommend and would purchase again ifI need more.

Well the instant pot pictured was a picture of a stainless steel pot and not white enamel coated one. Since I don’t want to bother with a return; I’ll keep it as it should function pretty much the same. I have a problem that the item pictured was not what I received.
