Arrived with numerous holes and will not inflate. Under further inspection, it said it was sold for parts only. What other parts would you need from a boat the doesn't inflate or float on water?...A new boat! Good thing I paid over 75% of the original price to save on the parts that came with a popped raft. The paddles will really come in handy when you have to abandon your deflating life raft. Good luck out there.

Loved the idea of this raft and from the other reviews it sounds great but after blowing it up and taking it out for our first river float it started loosing pressure out of chambers 1 & 2 while paddling with in the first 10 mins! Thankfully i brought the pump so we didnt sink but very disappointed in this product. Im sure its just a manufactures error but it disappointing to be on the receiving end of it. I had high hopes of this raft lasting for many trips for my family but unfortunately well have to figure something else out:(

This is a great little boat. It fits neatly in the back of my Prius. Inflated its a great size. The specs say 5 person, but I feel that would be a bit cramped, especially if youre using the oars. Its a wonderful size for 2-3, especially if youre bringing gear. Total weight capacity is around 865 for people, and 1300 for people+gear. In my state, Pennsylvania, we just needed to get a launch permit from the states boating website to use on state owned water, like state park lakes. It was about $20 for 2 years. No registration or titling. Obviously check with your own local government requirements. The instructions say not to use a high pressure air compressor, I used an intel quick fill 1100L/min pump, and it really didnt make the process go any faster. Also, using an electric pump seems to not inflate the boat properly, and you end up needing to use the hand pump to top it off. It takes about 10-15 minutes using the hand pump, and it took about the same time using the electric. Where the electric pump is worth it though, is for when youre done and need to deflate the boat. I use an inverter hooked to the battery in my Prius and just deflate using the pumps deflate port. That really makes a huge difference in time. And makes it easier to get all the air out to put itback in the bag for storage. If youre planning on getting a pump and inverter for your use, make sure your inverters wattage can handle the pumps requirements. Remember: Volts x Amps = Watts. It might not say on the box of the pump, but if you open the box, it should say somewhere on the cord or pump what its electrical uses are. Also, when youre done, leave the boat inflated when drying it off. It sounds like a no-brainer, but sometimes it just needs said. Makes it a million times easier. If youre going out with someone else, or even by yourself, make sure to buy a spare pair of oars. It has holders on the side if you dont plan on using them, but its a good redundancy to have.
Great budget boat. despite being big it is not that difficult to maneuver outside the water. Ti inflate it including seats could take around 15 min with the provided manual pump. Again, not so difficult to pack it again.I have nothing negative to say. May be is little too light in the water, so light wind will move you from where you want to be. But then, lightweight is very useful outside the water.
This is one of the best values for inflatable raft. I just tested it in local lake and had a 3 hours ride down river with my 2 boys. They loved it. It is sturdy and was inflated real fast. Need two people to carry around but very sturdy. I am planning to attach an electric trolling motor to it and go out fishing. I seen several people used high power trolling motor and seemed to handle it great. It is very comfortable and roomy having fishing rode holder. I am planning to use PVC pipes use rod holders as pipe holders and make a shade on top.
We use this raft straight out of the box inflating it at the lake. It was easy to inflate with a pump powered by the car electrical outlet. The hand pump that comes with the boat also works quite well. It would not be too difficult to inflate the entire raft with the provided hand pump. The construction is excellent. It is heavy duty. It is better than I thought it would be. We put 3 adults and two small kids in it and floated the Illinois River in Arkansas. No problems. The supplied paddles are not much, but I guess they are part of the design. I used my kayak paddle. We'll see how it does stored, then used at a later date, see how the plastic stands up over time. Very Heavy Built.
We tried it out last friday with my friends in a lake. It is really nice. At first, we thought the boat would be really unstable, because it is inflatable boat. However, when wen set out on the water, it was suprisling stable. The seats are really comfortable. Enough room for 4 male and fishing equipments. 4 people are highly recommended on the boat. Also, there are only two paddles which make it really slow to move. If it is possilbe, buy another two paddls which is going to make life much easier.

I have made many trips including Breukelen-Utrecht along the Vecht and Bunnik-Utrecht through Amelisweerd along the Kromme Rijn. Contrary to others, I have been very pleased with the range of the motor having typical trips lasting 3-4 hours and longer. This means, with stops for drinks and lunch, the set up is more that enough for a day out on the plassen (have done both Vinkeveen and Loosdrecht). The only real thing to bare in mind is that the boat is an inflatable and NOT a rigid inflatable. This means it doesn't perform well on choppy water (typically the lakes shared by lots of other boats generating wake) since it is rather long and floppy. However, considering the price and size its a small issue which can be solved by choosing your destinations carefully.
