I was pretty excited to get these delivered yesterday only to find the cords to connect the lights are way too short. Essentially you can only set up the four lights in one part of your tent. I was under the impression I would be able to space the lights out around my tent. I figured there would be extra cords available but nothing? Pros-space efficient-don't seem to get too hot-easy to control and adjust-magnetic attaching makes setting up ez-clones loved them on the lowest settingCons-as other have said, extensions need to be longer. Also there doesn't seem to be any extensions you can buy from the site.

I have this set on the back wall on my 3X5 tent. Also have the 11" set attached to the front corner posts. They do a great job of reaching all the places the Overhead light doesn't reach. I think they are great lights and plan on added a set to my Veg tent when they are back in stock. There are 2 issues with these lights though.1) The extensions that connect them need to be longer or an extra long extension needs to be added to the site as a separate item2) Each light set takes up a slot on the Controller. it would be much better if there was some way to daisy chain them together.

This light are really bright and looks really good in the tent. The magnet was an excellent idea however I would not recommend purchasing these lights due to the cords too short. I have a ac infinity 2x4 tent and the cords are not long enough to stretch to each pole in the tent. Maybe they will fit a 2x2 but not a 2x4 or larger. I don’t understand why would you make the cords so short. I had to mount all 2 on the left corner and 2 on the right corner in the front of the tent instead being able to make it even all the way around with one on each corner. I was not happy about this. So I have other plans for them.
I purchased these to light lower sections of canopy in a smaller grow tent. Unfortunately due to my tent size (and plant size) they were too close so i decided to just use them from above and around the borders of the tent. I use them in combination with 2 s22 ionbeam grow lamps. WIthin a few days of the new position all of the flowers beneath them at the tents borders went crazy they love it . Each diode has a small lense on top of it that makes the lights do more with less power, their water proofing is excellent and the magnets are sufficiently powerful to hold the lights to a tent wall even if the walls move inward violently from exhaust operation (first thing i tested) . Great low wattage lights perfect for tons of seedlings and clones and as supplemental grow lights. I use them with a UIS controller but the built in timer dimmer works perfectly by itself . Thank YOU AC infinity for another excellent product experience (which in itself is rare to find and makes me continue giving them my business)
As promised I added a second set of these to my veg tent. Set this one up using the sunrise/sunset feature in the advanced settings of Controller69 Pro. Love it. Extensions are still too short to suit me and I patched in an extra 3 foot section to allow me to reach the corner posts of my tent. Im planning on adding at least one more set of the bars, 11 or 16". But once again both sizes are out of stock....
Have to give 5 stars, as they are what they say on the tin. Unfortunately, AC Infinity did not foresee them being used as most would-at the corners of their tents. I don't know how they assumed they would be arranged, TBH. So I created some 6' extensions out of some Ms, Fs, and 18GA zip cord, as I have a shop with lots of doo-dads...SUGGESTION: ACI, you might get better traction if your site explained the stock configuration, and perhaps pointed to vendors for DIY like me, or pre-made extenders.

I was having issues germinating seeds so I added these on the lower side walls and metal frame (both application types were simple). My seeds finally spouted within 12 hours after installation. I had been trying for weeks with multiple light intensities on my S44 and even adjusted humidity levels too. The Ionbean S11's work effectively without raising the heat, which was a relief due to me gardening in my garage. I came here today to purchase a second set of the 16 inch lights but they are sold out. I want to set up 4 large strips on the side walls and these (the 11 inch) on the metal poles. Set these up last night. All connections are water tight with 10 levels of brightness when connected to 69 Pro controller. The magnets adhere extremely well to my tent poles. Kit came with 3 16" extensions cords which when connected together allows for 48". The only downside I see is that for my application I need a couple longer extension cords to add lights to the far side of my tent which is 60" wide. Lights run nice and cool I haven't seen a noticible temperature increase in the tent so far.Love the lights even pre-ordered a set of 16" ones due out in late December. Just hoping they add extension cords to the site.
I really had high hopes for these lights unfortunately they fell short, as in the ax cords that are included. I thought I would be able to space them out a bit more. Ended up buying extensions to allow more space! However they do produce plenty of light and are well built.
