Been using this for a little bit now. I have noticed a bit of increase in focus, alertness, even endurance on my jogs. It is said to help with cognitive function and endurance and I'd say, atleast for me, I do notice it helps, especially on certain days. When you get it, it comes with a metal spatula, this is the one part I dont like. It's hard to make sure you're taking the right and exactly same dose every time. For that reason, a pre measured equivalent might be better, but would most likely be slightly more processed.

I like this as a binder to help with detoxing. I like that it also doubles as minerals. It is hard to know if it is working but this is my second bottle. I put one dropperful in my water bottle or glass each day. I like that it comes in glass and is made in the US.

We are loving the Trace Minerals. Surprisingly, I feel like it has really helped me clean out my kidney’s and my body feels balanced. It also has quite a good amount to last. We will be buying a refill.

I haven’t heard about this product until my doctor recommended it to help my immune system. It is sour but pleasantly. Don’t know about the effect, but will continue using
