Easier to set-up if Apple beginner!

The first rule for anybody setting up any Apple equipment is to have the list of existing IDs and paawords(including wi-fi) to hand, Also a notebook and pencil to write down anything new.What should have been a straightforward job - and would have been if I was not using other equipment took me 'ages - gave up for a break then found difficulty opening it as password needed'.I own a MacBook Pro which uses the USB C lead and not lightening (Used by iPads and iPhones) so I wasn't able to download info. from the laptop I used wi-fi, but round around in circles trying to sort out passwords and IDs, and forgetting what I had entered originally.(I should take my own advice! What I was looking for was the ability to use the NHS app. and this needs IOS. Adding the cellular makes it more like a sat-nav. Will certainly be useful for keeping in a bag, and transferring into to the laptop when at home. Have silver - silver back looks fine, but he white/grey border on the front reminds me of a dirty lead, already. All the other classic design features.

Good thus far

Haven’t used it much yet. Bought it to replace my larger iPad as I only use it for flying. I didn’t order “excellent” condition. The condition I received it in is pretty close to that. A few nicks on the metal around the edge but nothing drastic. Screen is in perfect condition. Operating procedures seem normal. I have not had a chance to challenge the battery life yet but I will this weekend. Overall, I’d definitely say I got the best bang for the buck. I am most pleased with the fact that I did in fact receive it in two days

Great item, decent battery

Prompt shipping, came in great cosmetic condition with a matte screen protector already installed. My only gripe is that the battery life is lower than I expected. This is my first iPad mini so maybe that's the case for these smaller devices. It isn't terrible, but as I said, just less than what I expected coming from the regular sized iPads. Great item overall though, thank you!

Great value for money!

This iPad mini is just perfect when traveling! I already have an iPad 2020pro and it was so easy to transfer everything from one to the other! Now, when I am travelling, I have a cute mini, which is not nearly so heavy to lug around in my backpack and is just perfect for flights! Only wish I had thought of purchasing one sooner! Oh, by the way, this company can be trusted - delivery was speedy!

My iPad came in severely bent with cracks all over

I purchased it in “good” condition. I thought this meant it may have a few minor cosmetic marks on it, and that the iPad would work properly and turn on like a normal one would. I was sadly mistaken. My iPad came in basically bent in half. There were small hairline cracks across the whole top part of the screen. I couldn’t even turn it on. The screen would turn black then all of a sudden it had rainbow colors along where the hairline cracks were. I would highly advise against purchasing an iPad or phone from them in “good condition.” I believe my iPad was damaged in transit. I was not offered a replacement nor a discount on future purchases. Be careful.

Thoroughly Satisfied

I purchased this item as a cheaper alternative to getting the IPad Pro with the Apple Pencil. I at first didn’t know the first generation was compatible with anything but the Pro and after doing some research found that it was compatible with this mini. I bought the pencil separately and this IPad for the sole use of Procreate and I have never been more excited to explore digital art in my life. I was always not partial to the idea and favored traditional mediums solely for their control over tools which in my own personal opinion I tended to like instead. I guess this is more of a review on Procreate and the Apple Pencil as well as the IPad Mini, but it all ties into my love of the product. This is a 5-star product because even though that it may be held at the warehouse for several months or two to three years discharging; its still unused, unopened and new! I was assuming that the battery charge went to zero percent after opening the original retail store packaging because of its position of being held at the warehouse probably for several months or two to three years.
