It’s not advertised anywhere, but this iPad SUCKS with Apple Pencil compatablilty. First of all, it isn’t compatible with the 2nd gen pencil, which you would expect. It’s also not advertised as such. Secondly, you have to special purchase a specific adapter from Apple, which is $20 and no where in town has them. It takes like 3-4 days to get. This is because the iPad 10th gen has a usb-c port, not lightening. So this tiny piece is ONLY for iPad 10. You also have to plug everything in each time you want to use your pencil, as it’s not Bluetooth. The shadiest part is that none of this is advertised, so it took me and my partner forever to figure out what the heck was wrong.Wish I I knew all this before. Would have saved a few hundred and gotten the 9th gen. So stupid.... Show more

Best Gift Ever!
I got this iPad for my girlfriend as a birthday gift and she loved it! She uses it to take notes for her college courses and she says it is the best because she can take efficient notes, quickly and neatly. She also likes it because it holds a lot of space and the layout of the apps is nice as well. She also enjoys it for everyday use like for daily and weekly planning and also for budgeting. Because it is bigger it makes it easier to use and have more creativity. However, this device does take a while to charge but once it is charged fully, the battery lasts about 1-2 days (sometimes longer) without needing to be charged again. Overall, fantastic device for my girlfriend she enjoys it and I will be purchasing one for myself soon!... Show more

Bought 4 for company, everything all good except 1 quality control issue and policy to correct.
Day 1 review: I understand that quality control things happen, especially with discounted products but when it is touted as being apart of a process of "refurbishing" then it has to be mentioned in the review. Got all 4 iPads in a padded bag containing 4 minimally marked boxes. If shipping from Apple directly was 5 out of 5, this would be rated 3.5 out of 5. Every one of them turned on, set up, and everything seems to be working great. Got 4 usb-c chargers but only 3 usb-c to lightning and 1 usb-a to lightning (which doesnt work with the provided usb-c charger, also white paint/powder was coming off the cord onto my hand). No big deal, just going to try and reach out to Target to get one. Rep was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but Target's policy requires me ... Rep was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but Target's policy requires me to go to a brick and mortar store to sort out the charging cable issue. For a cable, that is too much effort and would cost more for the company than it would be to just order a correct USB-C cable. But hey, for the price of these things, what are you gonna do? Also 6 month Target warranty, great. Shipping speed, great. Shipped FedEx and nothing is broken or lost, great.... Show more

Camera quality
I think the iPad was wonderful. When I first got it I spent hours on it. Everything was working perfectly fine. Until I noticed the camera quality. Now I have the 6th generation so I wasn’t expecting all that. But I took pictures of myself on it and the quality of it was not so well, so of course I wanted to see if it was jus that picture.but no it was jus the iPad itself. I compared the quality to my iPhone 12. And on my phone you could clearly see my skin. It made me look better, but on the IPad everything looked like static. Even in the light and not moving it it still came out like static. So I looked up videos and searched online how I could fix it but nothing really came up. I don’t know whether or not it came like that and that’s just how the camera quality ... MoreI think the iPad was wonderful. When I first got it I spent hours on it. Daughter loves it!
I got this for my daughter with the iPhone promotion, and she gets an iPad and I get to try the cute little iPhone 13 mini.My daughter has been enjoying this tablet. I thought that maybe 64 GB might not be enough, but it has not been a problem yet. She is able to play roblox just fine on it, and she can start practicing digital drawing. She a great pen to paper type of artist, so I'm excited to see what she can create digitally, as there are no limitations like supplies besides your imagination. All she really needs is the iPad and the Pen, and if she wanted to get fancier then pen tips or even different pens and the matte screen protectors for that more paper feel.I'm glad she is enjoying it. She wanted more color options, but it was either the space gray or ... I also thoght that since it was an older generation of iPad that it might be slow or not have as many features as the newer models, but honestly there probably isn't evena huge different from this one than the next generation.... Defective device
The power button doesn’t always work I noticed this when I received it in December but I assumed it was the way my son was pressing it being that I hadn’t had an iPad in years. That clearly wasn’t the case. It was faulty some times it seen you only had to touch it to power on off others you had to push as hard as possible like it was broken. Then the screen became glitchy after a month but it don’t happen often so I ignored it. Bad ida the screen went out now it’s just black and white stripes. I was told that i never had insurance on the device when I opted in a few weeks after purchasing the device. I was told in store that I had warranty and they couldn’t see any cracks behind the glass that they could send it off for a replacement but if they found a crack later ... Deteriorated Battery Upon Arrival!!
I purchased a refurbished iPad 6th gen, which arrived in a decent amount of time. However, after setting up the iPad, having it plugged in for the battery to reach 100%, after unplugging it the iPad turned off by itself. I then plugged it back into the charger and it showed a red battery symbol on the display. After a minute or so, the iPad turned back on and showed the battery still at 100%, but it kept turning off and on again. So I went to file an Allstate Warranty claim since I purchased one with my iPad purchase, but they insisted the iPad is still covered by Apples manufacturer warranty, so I was guided to bring it to Apple directly for repair or a replacement, which I did. But come to find out, since the iPad is a 6th gen and refurbished, it was purchased ... MoreI purchased a refurbished iPad 6th gen, which arrived in a decent amount of time. But come to find out, since the iPad is a 6th gen and refurbished, it was purchased back in 2019 and the 1yr manufacturer warranty was no longer valid (shocker!). So I wasted my time by going to Apple, and now I have to convince Allstate to cover the repairs/replacement, which is not what I signed up for since I purchased the extra warranty! I don't know why it wasn't obvious the manufacturer warranty is expired to begin with?!... Show more

Excellent Upgrade!
I will say that this iPad is a great upgrade if you are coming from an older model. I know that most media reviews have been knocking this model. Their big question is: "Who is this iPad for?" Well, its for "me"! I don't use an Apple Pencil and I upgraded from the 6th generation iPad. Even though the screen is not laminated, it's still great, and having them upgrade the size to 10.9 is a nice addition. The A14 Bionic chip is no slouch either. Plenty of speed for most applications and tasks. If you're on the fence about getting this, it just might be the one to get. I highly recommend getting the Logitech Combo Touch keyboard case for it instead of the Apple one.... Show more

Excellent used iPad 6th gen
The screen was in excellent condition. The iPad looks like it was always in the case. The case, a Logitech Rugged Combo 2 with Keyboard, does have a few scratches on it, but that's what cases are for. The case is very impressive, protecting the iPad from falls and scrapes. This is the larger iPad size, not a mini. Everything is 100% functional. The iPad has very good battery life, I've used it for several hours and battery level was at 90%. The keyboard is responsive, no problem with latency. I am very impressed with the product. The Price is very reasonable.... Show more

Pros and cons everybody will have to decided it for themselv
I was looking for a new iPad to replace my iPad Pro from 2017. It got to the point where I had to charge the battery every day and I was fed up with it. I spent days researching which iPad to get. None of them stood out in terms of performance /price. I was hesitant to buy this due to every blog, vlog, video, article saying that battery life isn't great. I went ahead and I ordered it anyway. Unfortunately they were right. I only watch a couple of videos a day on it and I still have to charge it every day...such a let down. Also, I don't like the black frame around the screen either, very annoying. Other than that the video quality is a huge improvement from my old iPad.One that once opened you can't return it so be careful what you splash on. I think it's a miss ...
