Service and shipping were great. Package arrived on time and with a good box.I chose the good condition one. I feel like there should be more comprehensive pictures or details for the actual aesthetics as the phone I got had a decent cratch on the screen, now, i know its a reconditioned but i should have been able to make a choice to purhcase another model, also they are proced the same as a marketplace phone with out the palava, priced the same as Kogan too, im sure their devices font ship with scratches.

I bought a iPhone 12 mini for my son. It came with a non apple battery that would not hold a charger. I returned the phone in person, as directed by Walmart. I waited several weeks for my refund to buy a new phone. The company claimed I sent a iPhone 8. I pride myself on my integrity. I believe strongly about karma! I did everything right now I have no phone %26 no money. Walmart will not help in any way. How do you sell something on your website %26 don’t take care of your customers? It’s only a little over $200. Not much for some people, but I’m a single mom. It’s unbelievable that this company %26 Walmart scammed my son out of a phone

Besides it's refurbished if I wanted something new I should have purchased something new..... right? So I didn't have any complaints until.......add dramatic music here............I activated the phone and it toggled back and forth from having service to being in SOS mode. I guess being stuck in SOS mode isn't so bad especially if you're in need of emergency services however it would be nice to be able to call a friend here and there at your leisure and discretion and not the phone's. Called the customer service number for the seller. Got a voicemail which at that point made me a little worried. In a 5 iPhone family buying new phones all the time is not cost effective, so we always buy refurbished. Haven’t used Frank before and it was the easiest of all the websites we’ve used.Cheapest 12 I saw anywhere in Aus, without being grey goods.There are a couple of small scratches on the screen, but it was only rated Good, so I expected that:Battery was 88% and everything works fine.I’m happy and will likely buy again from Frank.
Purchased 2 x iPhone 12 in good condition. One was in the good condition with a few marks here and there. The other was scratched to buggery and if this was for sale on marketplace, I would have not purchased. Very disappointing to receive two phones completely different in condition when both were purchased “good”I have bought from Frank before and been really happy. This purchase has made me rethink where I will go to buy next time.
I searched through hundreds of phones, then I stumbled on Best Buys iPhone pre-owned phones list. I reviewed several iPhones until I found just the right one. When it arrived, it looked and functioned perfectly. There are no new iPhone 12 Minis available, nevertheless, that is exactly what I wanted. It was well worth the effort searching for the particular smartphone, that I wanted. I'm well pleased with the phone and the service. Henceforth, Best Buy will be the first place I start looking from now on.
In all respects to Iphones which I have owned many since 2006, I bought this mini 12 because I finally decided to leave AT&T landline service and switch that number for a while to mobile. I read reviews and got this one for size and functions and to just have in replacement of landline calls. Only thing for a 'used' like Iphone is battery is 80% life so I will with my outlook with it, use it for a bit before I cancel my phone service on this phone. Otherwise, this mini 12 is just about everything the specs state it does. Oh the best part it is it is unlocked. Price I got it used, a little bit too much, but ok. This is my fair review of why I got this phone and gave it 4 stars.
Upgraded to an iPhone mini 12 from an iPhone SE 2nd gen, very happy with the 12 mini. Minimal cosmetic blemishes, barely noticeable and the phone is tip top. Faster, stronger cellular signal. Also when this phone is at 49% I have much more talk time available to me compared to the SE 2nd gen. Very pleased. As good as new.
This is the first used phone I’ve ever purchased. But, it was a remarkably easy transition and the phone is, I believe pretty much as advertised. The vibration mode is extremely short and weak. Not sure if that’s the way it’s supposed to be or not. My old phone was better in that regard. The battery life is about 8 hours, again not sure if that’s the norm for this phone or not though.All in all I’m satisfied with the overall condition.I would buy another used phone from Best Buy again.

Anyway, I did return this phone and now I'm back to trying to find a new phone I can afford, while continuing to schlep along a battery pack with my old phone. That was a very long way to say: buyer beware. And I guess the solution is to be richer so you can afford new phones.
