I just recently upgraded from the 14 to the 14 pro max, I love this phone it’s system is fast and it has a sleek design. Great battery life I’d say 10 to 12 hours. Love the camera it has the 3 lenses on the back. I like that on the pro max I can use portrait mode on my dog or other objects I could not do that on the 14. I like the weight of the phone in my hand. I got the slate black color. This phone has a great size storage capacity their are 3 different ones you can get I got the 128gb. Plenty of storage for me for sure. I highly recommend this phone it’s great all around no problems for me.

It's a modern iPhone... no matter what you're doing on it you'll have a fantastic experience. Just moved from a Pixel 3 XL and the smooth gesture based experience is brilliant. On the larger screen you've got a great media consumption experience but I do have to use two hands to properly use it. If this is a dealbreaker for you then you're probably not looking at a Max anyway. The larger screen in my opinion is a bigger plus than being able to use it with one hand since lets face it you've probably got both hands free anyway. The 12 Pro Max is a very powerful phone and you won't be missing anything compared to any iPhone 14+. If you're the frugal type like me going a couple generations behind in this current era is totally fine. Bear in mind 12 is when MagSafe was introduced if this matters to you, I've personally loved the whole MagSafe ecosystem. It's like Qi charging on steroids. Wholly recommend going 12 over 11 for this alone, you'll love it once you start using it.

I had a Samsung and switched to iPhone when it was time for a new phone, I regret that decision. I specifically got the 12 pro max due to what seemed like an excellent camera. The camera is not good at all. It takes regular pictures in daylight just fine, but trying to zoom or take a photo with lights anywhere in the angle forget it. Taking phots of my kids blowing out candles for their birthday were ruined by light glares that show up due to the camera (something that never happened with my old Samsung and doesn’t happen with my husband’s new Samsung phone). Any photo I try to take with Christmas light, light flares everywhere, it’s awful. Night time photos come out ok at best, again my husband’s Samsung takes far better night photos. I bought this phone knowing it was going to be refurbished. I had no problem with that, however I did not know I was going to be purchasing a broken phone. Wishing the first 10 min of having this phone I noticed that all sound and media was only being played through the phone’s earpiece. The phones main bottom speakers produce absolutely no noise. Again I emphasize this again, buying a refurbished phone may come w a few scratches and marks here and there. But having an essential part of the phone not work right out the box is a little upsetting.
I purchased three of these refurbished iPhones. One looked good as new, and the other two had visible nicks and scratches. So far, all have performed well with no issues. Price was great considering the amount of storage for this model. Fast shipping from the seller and each phone was in a bubble wrap sleeve. Note that these phones do not come with a SIM card. I have straight talk service and had to purchase a SIM card for each phone in order to get them to work. Purchased comparable SIM cards on Walmart.com for 98 cents each. Once installed in each phone, activation was easy. Would definitely buy refurbished again. Great value.
I absolutely love this phone!! I was a little skeptical because I had just recently ordered a different phone off eBay that said it was unlocked and come to find out it wasn’t so I ended up having to send that back and purchase this one. I was so scared it was going to come locked or just wasn’t going to arrive at all, but it did and I’m in absolute awe. It’s just what I ordered barley any markings. The only one I saw was a few scuff marks on the top side. The screen is scratch free and it arrived fast!! So happy with my purchase! Thank you for being honest about what you are selling!!!
So these reviews were off and on with good and bad reviews. So I figured I would take a chance. While opening the box I noticed a scratch in the right hand corner, luckily is wasn’t as noticeable and didn’t affect the screen or anything but still there. There were chips in the side of the phone and the back cameras nothing too crazy to the point where I wouldn’t keep it because looks wise it’s good enough. The key thing that I’m sending it back for is the speakers are literally blown. My right side speaker works but it’s muffled sounds like 10 years of dirt is inside of it. The left side doesn’t even work at all. I understand it’s used but like why would you give away a phone that has a blown speaker. Isn’t that your job to fix it to sell. I’m very disappointed with ... I’m very disappointed with this purchase, transferred all of my information too it put a screen protector on it case and everything only to take it right back off and look elsewhere. Not a reliable source to buy products from. Again, understanding they are refurbished is like a chip here a scratch here not a broke piece of equipment on the phone. Save your money. Now I have to go through a whole process with sending it back and waiting for a refund. Also, I previously owned an iPhone 11 and wanted a new phone for a better speaker and my iPhone 11 was louder than what I got. I hope this can help someone else out there to not take the gamble on kiss electronics.
Upgraded from a Galaxy Note 9, now don't get me wrong, I loved my Note 9 and the only real reason for the upgrade was to give my Note to a friend to replace their broken phone. With my limited iPhone/apple ecosystem experience, I'm not the be all end all of gurus, but as a tech nerd who loves playing with fun new gadgets, I can say I am so far enjoying the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I love the camera, it takes great photos, and it better considering that massive camera array poking out of the back. The Lidar feature is interesting, and I am looking into the different uses people come up with for it, but even just using it with the measurement app is an interesting application of the technology as basic as it is.The front facing camera is better than expected, and FaceID works far better than I would have imagined, though I really miss my Fingerprint Sensor and Iris Scanning features of my Note 9, In todays environment where we're almost always in masks when were out and about being able to unlock my device with a fingerprint or by my eyes for things like tap to pay, or to check messages has been a lot more convenient than FaceID's need to see my whole face. So it loses a star for this, as even without the whole pandemic I often use my phone to pay when I get gas, and I Ride motorcycle so faceID doesn't work with the helmet on either. As for general usability, iOS works fine, it's been an experience learning the new gestures for doing the little things, like closing apps, or bringing up the notifications. Some things are fairly intuitive, but many are seemingly counterintuitive for no reason, though this is mainly an issue with me being so much more familiar with Android Phones/tablets and having never really taken the time to learn iOS.It's a fast phone, the battery life has been great, and have not had any real issues with dropped calls outside of people I'm on the phone with actually moving through a dead zone.Still, I have a few days left to keep using it, if I decide it's not for me in the end, I can always bring it back and get something else, but so far it's been a joy to use.
The phone has small scratches like a used phone would. It was completely dead when I first tried to turn it on. It had a charging brick and charger in the box also. The battery Health was at 84%. Everything worked perfectly on setup and seems to be as listed. If I could change anything it would be that the battery should be a new one considering the price is still quite a bit for a older device and it’s basically just a reset iPhone and not anything else done to it. Apple replaces the batteries for $89 on this device so I will be doing that.
