The iPhone itself has lived up to expectations, as an iPhone product which have all been excellent in my opinion, in the short time I have had this one, one week, it has performed excellent. The phone has been great, my only complaint is the brightness resets itself to a lower level constantly although I have "True tone" turned off. From what I've read this is for the phone to protect itself from overheating, but it is annoying as my old iPhones did not do this constantly. It has excellent battery life. I then called the tech support through the seller/Bestbuy and the only resolution they could offer was a refund (which I appreciated the offer, but I wanted the phone to work). I then began to look on the internet and it turns out this is a common problem among "unlocked" phones (often "jailbroken") and that the carriers can activate them when you get someone with knowledge. I eventually was able to get an advanced tech support with T-Mobile who was able to finally activate the phone. In the future, the seller should note that this could be a problem and proactively offer some solutions for the buyer.

There is plenty of memory, it takes great photos, good battery life and a one year warranty. It would have been nice if there had been an option to purchase an additional year warranty. I've been android fan forever...but my current note has been acting crazy and spam call after spam call. So I decided to add a line to my plan and try out the Iphone, took advantage of the free Iphone 14 if you did the contract so I did. It's such a pretty phone.I love that it's smaller. I'm not into staring at my phone 24/7 and watching things on it often, but even when I do watch an occasional YouTube video or scroll through photos it's still a pretty decent screen size. I also love that it's so much easier to hold one handed and use than my note. I had considered getting the Pro, but that was on back order, and since I don’t do much video, I decided the regular iPhone 14 would be good enough for what I need. It is smaller than the other versions, so it is good for people (like me) with small hands. Let me just say, I ordered this new iPhone 14 online and set it up myself: this was the easiest data transfer/phone setup I have ever gone through. Having gone from one iPhone to another, the new phone walked me through the setup process and automatically pulled all of my apps, passwords, and other data from my old phone and installed it on the new one; all I had to do was log into my different accounts. Apple touchscreen products, like their watch, iPhone, and iPad all use the same touch commands, making them extremely easy to use and navigate once these different controls are learned; this new iPhone is no different there. For the Facial recognition, it is an extremely convenient feature that works whether or not I am wearing a surgical mask; the only frustrating part is that I have to be fairly close to the screen to see it, which is much too close for the facial recognition feature to work, so before I even realize it is going to scan my face, it has already tried multiple times and then requires me to enter my passcode or password manually. The only thing that makes this particular inconvenience tolerable and less interruptive is that I have an Apple Watch which, when close enough to the iPhone, unlocks it if facial recognition fails (my watch is frequently vibrating to let me know it—not my face—opened the phone or an app). iCloud is still a fantastic feature, and I haven’t encountered any issues pulling up information on my phone or iMac. The new battery life on this phone is also a huge plus! I have used it to listen to lossless audio streaming, watching videos, streaming shows and live tv, reading, online shopping, GPS navigation, and random browsing. I am on my phone or listening to music for hours each day, more so the past week because of the Thanksgiving holiday, and while I choose to charge my phone any time it gets under 80%, I haven’t even had to do that every day. The only real glitch I have encountered is that on some phone calls, I cannot adjust the sound volume during the call with the phone’s side buttons. Otherwise, it does everything I need and more, so I am very happy with this new iPhone and, for sure, recommend it!

Bought with buy now pay later which has been a god send. When from an IPhone 6s to this one and the size isn't that much bigger so easy to adjust to without an ipad in your hands. Easy to learn and transfer everything over onto it. Was weird getting use to the button not being on the screen but didn't take too long to get used to. Great phone and up to date hope this lasts me as long as my other phone did (7 years) without needing to replace because of out of date software on apps etc as well as phone not failing me. Purchased this iPhone 14 128GB to replace wife's iphone SE.She's very happy with larger screen making typing easier and prefers 'swiping' which is easier than the old Home button. Although larger than the SE it easily slips into her bag. I went from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 14...so it was quite a jump. That being said, there are many things the same, but also some things that have changed. It was fairly easy to adjust to no longer having the home button on the screen. But not so easy to adjust to the buttons on the sides of the phones. They are located slightly different, and I believe, seem smaller. Also, they are so sensitive that I find myself exiting out of screens merely because I touched one of the buttons. I'm having to adjust to 'screen shot' as well. The 2 buttons on the left of the phone are much closer than they used to be, so it's easy to hit the wrong button. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with Verizon. After many years of being a loyal, Verizon customer I now realize Verizon doesn’t care about me as a customer at all. I was recently diagnosed with a very serious medical condition that required emergent surgery. In the midst of all this, my phone gave out. I could not be without a phone, especially during this medical emergency, so I reached out to my Verizon representative for help. I ended up with a phone That I hate the iPhone 14. Still in recovery struggling with this new phone I reached out to Verizon again only to find out that to get a larger phone. my bill would increase by almost 100%. The Verizon representative showed no for the situation that being in the middle of a medical emergency, perhaps a hasty choice was made, and could do absolutely nothing for me to help the situation. Shame on you, Verizon, I am an elder, I live alone my nearest relative is over 1000 miles away Shame on you Verizon.

II love iphone and automatically bought the 14 when replacing my old (but very much loved!) iphone 6.I assumed this would be the same size as the iphone I was replacing however it is bigger, thicker and heavier. I ended up returning the 14 and getting a refurbished iphone 13 mini instead which I absolutely love.1. I don't know why Apple felt the need to make their phones bigger as standard. If people want a big screen they can carry an ipad around with them!2. It's annoying they have also stopped making the "mini" versions - these now cost a fortune to buy as a refurb and you can hardly find them as they are in such demand.3. Also don't like the fact the newer version of the iphone is so much heavier. The glass construction of the newer versions much heavier ... The glass back shattered when my daughter dropped her new iphone (though Apple try to pretend it shouldn't). While I am obviously aware this is necessary for the "mag safe" charging, I'm sure most people don't actually use this and just use the cable instead. I certainly do and appreciate a lighter weight phone.I have a feeling that I have now purchased my last iphone as the mini is obsolete and I won't be accepting the increased iphone size when I buy next time.
