I am always going to be an Apple person, because being able to connect my phone, laptop, and iPad is just too convenient. The camera on the phone (though I am not a photographer) is fantastic, as I can easily tell the difference from older photos. The pictures of my dog are superb. (LOL) Battery life is fantastic, and I have Genshin Impact installed and I still have plenty of room left. My only issue with this phone is that they removed the home button. I don’t use FaceID and a tactile button with fingerprint recognition was far superior. Please bring that back. Also, purple is the cutest color they have yet!

The iPhone 6 is a solid choice for those looking for a reliable and well-built smartphone. The design is sleek and modern, with a 4.7-inch Retina display that provides crisp and clear visuals. The device is powered by Apple's A8 chip, which delivers smooth performance and quick response times. The camera is also impressive, with an 8-megapixel sensor that takes great photos and videos. The front-facing camera is also quite good, making it easy to take selfies or make video calls. One of the biggest selling points of the iPhone 6 is its ease of use. Overall, the iPhone 6 is a great choice for anyone looking for a well-built and reliable smartphone. It's easy to use, has a great camera, and offers a wide range of features and apps. The only downside is the device is no longer receiving updates, but it still can be used as a phone.

bought my IPhone 7 a little over a year ago and still have it! I bought it at Wal-Mart on sale for $189.00 and was impressed with from the start. There where a few things things that were different from previous models that I had to get use too, ( no speaker jack and home button was obviously a little different ) But, there where also huge improvements that I really enjoyed and that was the camera was better which meant better pictures and overall Quality! Also, the iPhone 7 was water resistant which was something new to the IPhone and great for a klutz like me! They also improved on their speakers including a second speaker I believe in the earpiece. I thought is was nice of Apple to include their signature AirPods even though the phone didn’t include a speaker ... Morebought my IPhone 7 a little over a year ago and still have it! Many Problems with Activating and setting up from iPhone-8. iCloud transfer worked OK, but phone would not activate, and required multiple support calls to resolve. iMessage and Facetime did not work after logging-into Apple-ID, and the fix was complicated. Most online suggestions did not help, but searching indicated that these problems are very well-known for the iPhone-14. iOS updated helped, but did not actually fix anything. The phone has been working now for nearly 2 weeks, but the user doesn't acknowledge any improvement over the iPhone-8, and she misses the hardware "Home Button". Overall, this is not perceived as an upgrade vs. the iPhone-8. We would return it but we returned the original phone for credit. We are not seeing much improvement in the photo ... I’ve had this phone for about two weeks now, don’t get me wrong it’s a nice phone. I’m not sure if it is because of the iOS update or system issue. I’m not getting my notifications at all for messaging or calls on my Apple Watch or iPhone at the same time. Which means my notifications aren’t at the same time like they were with my iPhone 11. When I had my iPhone 11 and my Apple Watch was synced to it. My Apple Watch or my iPhone would light up or make a noise when I got a notification. Now since my new iPhone. My Apple Watch gets them, but my iPhone doesn’t vibrate or my screen doesn’t light up when a notification comes in. When I was at my phone company. They thought that was weird as well. They thought I did something to my phone and I didn’t. I’ve never had this problem before with my old iPhone. I’ve called apple support. They told me to wait until the new update. If it keeps happening after the update. It’s the phone. So right now I’m dealing with a software issue. It sucks. Hoping the new update does fix my problems because no one else knows how to help me for the past two weeks.
I switched from android and there are so many features on the iPhone that I lost. The maps and calendar are something I heavily rely on, on a daily basis. The iphone doesn’t allow you to view your monthly calendar in detail, you can only view the month by scrolling through a list. The maps doesn’t allow you to search along your route and find, let’s say a Walmart by looking at the map and picking one either closest to you or to your destination. I used to be able to see if the store I wanted was out of the way or not or on my route. I lost that ability with the iPhone. I downloaded Google maps and the feature still isnt available. I also have issues with the screen. I will touch buttons and the phone doesn’t respond. The email app shows I don’t have emails when I ... Bought a 128gb for my dad in his early 70’s (Christmas) & a 256gb for myself & we are both thoroughly satisfied with our new phones. Replaced my dads XR & my 8plus with the former becoming something of an annoyance in the lead up to Christmas. My 8plus has been used since April 2018 with a waterproof case. Superb camera & screen upgrades, the low light photography in a dimmed room with the blinds drawn late afternoon is like looking in the room with your own eyes & the 15x digital zoom out in nature on a sunny day is very flash but maybe not as good as Samsungs flagship’s. Coming from the old home button tap to wake & Face ID are wonderful & the latter mostly reliable (passcode still used maybe 1/20 times). Transfer for both phones is simple & intuitive & the worst ... Transfer for both phones is simple & intuitive & the worst part is waiting 10-30 minutes for your old phones data to be transferred. Not an Apple fanboy but buy yourself a decent waterproof case & you can expect a Pro model phone to last at least 5 years. With most upgrades now becoming iterative year after year better off holding on to them for longer especially when Apple provides a minimum of 5 years software support.
My new iPhone 14 is great. VZ gave me $800 on the trade-in of my iPhone 8 which was an offer I couldn't refuse. 5G where connected, improved camera, longer battery time. They did a good job transferring all of my apps from the old phone, but I'm having to reinstall a few such as home security. I haven't mastered the touch of turning off apps running in the background. Necessary for me to re-LogIn to the phone more than my previous phone, but I'm sure I haven't learned the shortcut. I do not use the facial recognition LogIn. New phone charger does not use a USB connector. Presidio2 Grip case case is great, magnetic, sturdy. The phone and case together are too big to fit in the cup holder of my car where I like to store the phone while driving. Lots of new tricks for ... MoreMy new iPhone 14 is great. Let’s face it, an iPhone is an iPhone. Getting use to using the new phone is rather easy. It basically operates the same as my previous iPhone. I think the biggest improvement is the transferring information from the old phone to the new one. It literally transferred all my data, apps, photos, etc. from my old phone to the new one quite seamlessly and completely. The ONLY thing I had to load on my new phone were my Bluetooth devices. I have not tried all the new features of the phone, but I’m sure they will work as described. The only comment I will make about this phone is that it is much heavier than my previous iPhone 12. That will take some getting use to. Overall I’m very pleased with the phone.
My old phone was an iPhone 6s Plus, so whatever new phone I purchased would be a considerable upgrade. The new iPhone 14 Pro did not disappoint! I am thrilled with the quality of materials used and the overall design, making for the perfect upgrade - and what an improvement it is over my old phone. I am a hobby photographer so I was looking for a good camera in my new phone. I love the triple camera system with a 48MP main camera that can take photos and videos in ProRaw. I also like the additional telephoto and ultra wide lenses, although I use these less often. The dynamic island is also a welcome improvement over the big notch that featured on older models. I like that it is interactive, although I believe Apple could have improved it further by making it even smaller, like on some of the phones from other companies. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my purchase. However, if you have an iPhone 11 or newer, I would not recommend upgrading as all the changes since then have been incremental rather than major.
