Ordered on 5/18. Didn’t hear back from Gadget Source third part reseller until 2pm on 5/24 that this particular iPhone was out of stock. So much for inventory control. Offered to sell me a refurbished 12 pro instead. I inquired about the condition of that phone and was given a runaround till 5pm. The writing was on the wall that they weren’t serious in doing business. Don’t waste your time with Gadget plus. It took them 6 days to get back to me. I won’t be shopping via Best Buy or Gadget Source any time soon. If you decide to purchase then know that your order is a dice roll at best.

I took a risk of ordering a pre-owned iPhone 12 pro with no note on the condition. When it was delivered, - It was in a cheap phone box ( not of apple) - on opening the box, I realized that the lightning cable and power socket was of different brand( some cheap ones ) - More importantly, the phone had nothing but dents and scratches all over it including the camera lens. - Please note, if you are returning a preowned product, there is a fee of $45. So you end up getting $45 less than you paid for. Was highly disappointed observing all these red flag. Returned it within an hour of delivery, didn’t signup for this by paying $899. Note to Best Buy: If it’s of pre owned please at least add a note on the product condition to provide awareness to those who buy this online.

I had high hopes for this product and the seller but when the phone arrived I was very disappointed. The screen was full of scratches, the corners of the phone had huge chips and dents and the camera was super dirty and damaged. I tried to turn the phone on but it would turn on, I guess you had to charge it first but from there I had already decided I was going to return it. Plus you have to delete someone else’s iCloud account before you set up your own. Don’t waste your money on a refurbished phone where you don’t even know what your gonna get and just save your money on a new phone.
I bought a phone for my husband and one for me. Neither one was “unlocked” and we had to get them activated with AT&T. The first week my phone worked great. Then I started having issues, the phone doesn’t charge half the time. I tried different chargers, then switching off the optimize battery, I’ve cleaned the charging port with a rag, a toothpick and canned air with no luck in fixing the problem. I took it to a repair shop, they also tried cleaning the port. Now I have to pay $140.00 for them to change out the port. Today is day 22 of having the phone. Best Buy should have a better warranty than 14 days. My husbands phone that I bought at the same time hasn’t had any issues.

The phone is refurbished as described but the price is high for the quality of phone I received. It has 3 big scratches in front and a ding at the side of the back camera. Phone works fine, has Face ID. 89% battery life. Easy to work with my current provider since it’s unlocked phone. I purchased refurbished phones in the past but they looked like slightly used. But this one has so much scratches. Bought a screen protector to cover the scratches but it is still showing

The phone had minimal cosmetic damage, only a minuscule scratch in the screen, which I covered with a protector anyways. My only gripe is that the phone was not cleaned prior to pickup. There is wax-like gunk in the speaker at the top of the phone, making it impossible to talk on the phone with the phone up to my ear. The bottom speaker which music plays out of is also dirty, because the sound quality is very crusty and not at an iPhones full potential. I bought several of these pump bottles- 3 in glass & 3 in plastic (for travel purposes). The pump on each & every bottle is appalling; hard to activate & then very, very hard to use. Does not suck up the liquid soap smoothly or easily. Just so hard to use. If I had arthritic fingers it would be impossible. An absolute waste of money & time. Don't bother buying. I am throwing out which adds to waste in the environment.
