Not as good as usual salted egg dishes
I was excited to try out this when I saw there's instant noodles option of Irvins crossover with Nissin. But later I found out it tastes almost the same like any instant noodles out there, the spicy version could have been better but I love the fact that Fairprice always have special deals on this item. Thank you ;)
Our family prefers this to the spicy one as we can taste the flavours better. The noodles are mee pok (flat noodles) and are quite springy with good bite. I undercook the noodles slightly, add 2 spoons of hot water to the powder to turn it into a paste/sauce, then mix the noodles in it. Let the noodles sit for a minute to absorb the liquid and it will be perfect.
