The flask doesn't have any lock mechanism on the pump so movement during transport made the flask pump, causing a mess inside the box. The lotion however is great for dry skin and very mildly perfumed so it shouldn't be a problem for sensitive skin and it doesn't smell strongly. The large flask size is nice.

The problem I have is that you never bothered to respond to my email inquiry I made about this item. You have this ridiculous size chart showing that a person ordering a large would have a circumference below the bust of 17 1/2 inches - how do you come up with that figure - measure yourself and see what your measurement would be - wouldn't come close.
