I've been on isowhey for a little while now and this is the second flavour I've tried. Sadly I can't recommend this one. The initial flavour is alright but the aftertaste is something like sour milk, and I don't think it's the fault of the milk I've been using since it's a new carton. I'd give this one a hard pass, the strawberry smoothie one is far nicer.

I love food, but I had to change a few things up in my diet as I was feeling sluggish and bloated and not quite right within myself. I looked into Isowhey’s website and loved the fact that I could incorporate healthy recipes with also being able to have a shake or bar and lose weight/ change my eating habits. The banana flavour is delicious and even more so with added fruit in a smoothie for breakfast, takes me through until lunch time. You can also make yummy recipes with this protein powder. It’s awesome!

I ordered this so I could enjoy flavours other than the few I had in FatBlaster. The price was great. I haven't used it consistently enough to see how well it works for weightloss, but I don't particularly recommend this. The flavour is dull, it would be better, but the sugar or sweetener doesn't resolve, but remains at the bottom.

This strawberry has a great taste but is more difficult to mix than the coffee. Really have to keep shaking it up with some ice otherwise it remains a little lumpy. Quite filling and keeps me going till the next main meal.
We use this in our smoothies every morning. My children love sugar, so it’s been really hard getting them to eat healthy smoothies. That is, until we found isowhey! We only put in a desert spoon full, but it makes the flavour really nice, and also makes it lovely and thick. The kids love it, and breakfast time has never been so easy.

This formula can be used as a healthy "fast food" alternative, for a meal on-the-go or used to bulk up meals like fruit + yogurt combinations or health shakes so as to super-charge the meal with protein and vitamins/minerals. Protein is vital to feed our muscles and it sustains our energy and keeps it stable for the day. Exercising and working hard on having a lean body -- I am always in the look out for nutritious protein powder formulas. This is one of my favourite protein powders.
I find it thick and hard to mix. Have to use bullet or blender to mix it fully, alway big chunks left when I use a protein shaker. Not a fan of the flavour either, quite bland and weird aftertaste. In the plus side it's good value.
Finally a Banana Smoothie that isn't too sweet or gritty. This one is perfect. I think this has to be my favourite so far. Just wish it also came in the satchets for convenience sake only. When going to work just to pick up a satchet instead of having to scoop it out would be easier..
Tastes good and is not overly sweet which is what I like about this one. Doesn’t smell that great as powder though. The one thing I just can’t understand is it dehydrates me and even after drinking enough water, I’d still feel exhausted and tired for the day because of dehydration - which defeats the whole purpose of taking protein altogether. I don’t think I’m going back to this ever again,
I have this for breakfast and I'm am definitely not hungry until lunch time. It is delicious on its own or mixed with bananas or berries. I have tried all the flavours and they all taste great. I'm especially pleased that it has no artificial sweeteners in it as I don't tolerate them well. I also have a problem digesting lactose but I have found no issues with this product, in fact my stomach feels better than it has in a long time. I would most definitely reccommend this product.
