This powder works well for me. Tastes great even only with water, and keeps me full. My only reservation is the carb count - per serve is over 11g carbs which is a lot for a meal, but I’m happy to continue as it suits my needs for a meal replacement.

I have struggled so much with finding a true keto meal replacement Shake as the others are only shakes with lots of sugar

It tastes really good, and is not thin and watery like some when mixed. It's really good value and it works.
Taste is very good. I've tested my ketone level in my blood after using the product and it dose no kick me out of the ketosis.

The Ivory Coast chocolate is only 7.5g per serve, and sweetened with xylitol. I’ve been looking for a Keto shake that hasn’t got sucralose or Stevia in it for days now. I can’t believe I found this at chemist warehouse. Tastes good too. I don’t understand why their specific Keto shake -this one - would have more carbs in it than the Ivory Coast chocolate, but I’m not complaining.
