I bought this book for my realtor wife because she loves the show and I thought it would give her a different insight into ideas on remodeling. I know she loves to watch their show, wish I could say more but I'm not sure if she has read the book yet. I think its cool you guys offer these books signed by the author or person. It kinda makes the book special
