Recently, My Subaru Outback that is parked in my garage and one morning went to start it...the battery had completely died!!Could not move it backwards to open the bonnet cause the electric brake was on, could not move the gear shift out of park, cause no power..also it was parked frontward under my shelving...could not open the bonnet enough to get another battery in...I was stuck...after the NRMA came ...he was stuck as well...the plan D was to jack the Outback up and move it that way backwards enough to open the bonnet free of the shelving!That's when I KNEW I needed a portable battery booster...and was sitting on the dunny reading a Caravan mag and saw the add for the Itech battery portable booster and the size was about the size of a brick! Bloody brilliant...bought the bloody thing the next day and by the end of the week I was in love with another new toy...excellent piece of kit!! I can charge my phones, tablets, iPod, shine the torch at difficult places around the bush and scare the crap out the creatures in there...and use it to start a flat 12Volt battery be it petrol, diesel or a fridge!! Super easy n small. How did I get my vehicle out...the NRMA guy use a battery charger going through the fuse box...just enough to get the electric handbrake off to push it backwards to open the bonnet and stick a new battery in. Now THAT's a point isn't it...how would you cope with an electric car...big Battery in them vehicles!!

Is great . . None better ,the only disappointing thing wasI didn’t recieve the hard case ,as was shown in the promotionalproduct presentation,Unfortunately,my JS80 came in a cardboard box. . I emailed them about this ?. . response ? . . was no response. . And. Of course I would want the hard case . . .

These jump starters definitely do as described. l jump start my truck, mower, cars and anything else. l purchased 2 for my daughters as a back up for themselves if they get in trouble. They love the charging ports for phones etc and have comfort in knowing they can get themselves out of trouble if needed. One improvement suggestion would be the highlighting in letters the different ports in this charger. A happy purchaser....

The unit arrived in a timely manner. I have used it only once but it saved my from buying a new battery.I had left the car radio on while I washed the mud off the outside. Unfortunately this was enough to drain my 5 year old battery.I know I’ll eventually have to replace the battery but for now my diesel is starting as it should.Many thanks.

It's hard to review this product until you actually use it.. but that opportunity came up earlier in the week.Ol' mate had left a door open on the work van over a three day weekend. Battery was flat flat.I took the jump starter up there. Hooked it up, and within 2 seconds that diesel van was purring to life.Extremely happy after just one use!

The JS80 jumper battery with its additional piwer supporting features, has given me much more confidence when driving my automatic vehicles through out remote and regional areas of the Northern Territory.I can easily recharge it if needed via solar, or vehicle alternator.In the event of a flat battery I can easily get my vehicle, or another person’s dead vehicle going again easily, as well as keeping my communication devices powered.The light weight and size is a big bonus. My diesel Jeep had been sitting idle for 3 months. Battery was completely dead. Received the JS80 3000, fully charged it and then connected to the Jeep. Started on 1st attempt. It's a compact unit and easy to store. Used it again yesterday. Very handy unit. Don't need to worry about having a second vehicle available.
