We travel to Japan annually. Usually late summer early fall. It is often hot in Tokyo and surrounds. My Japanese wife suggested we travel with cold “barley tea” to refresh us during our day. Was she right! This tea has been a staple in my diet for some years. Refreshing and healthy and when brewed up and chilled not too expensive. Great value. Perfect

My new favorite drink! I cant believe how good it tastes its just awesome. This barley tea has a nice rich taste to it also its not bitter nor sweet it is just right. This tea is also very easy to make just grab a one liter container fill it with cold water put the tea bag in and in about an hour or so its ready to drink on yeah dont forget to shake it lol. So over all its simple to make and tastes great!
I really like Mugicha. To me it is one of the most essentials tastes that I connect with being in Japan and Itoen Mugicha is affordable, tastes great and is easy to use. One bag is good for 1 1/2 litres of tea which is enough for a day (Im living alone). It makes handling a lot easier and the bags can be left inside the carafe and are sturdy enough to be easily handled after use without tearing (had other makes that made a mess from time to time). Will buy this one again (^-^)b
