I didn't know the exact purpose of those cards, so that made me the perfect victim.I've lost more than € 100 with it and I feel the dumbest person on earth. The scammer probably had a good laugh.Mind you that I'm 30 years old, not 60, so that makes it even worse. I'm sure nothing can be done now and I know going to the police has no use, maybe they'll even victimblame me. My money is lost.My boyfriend blocked the scammer eventually, but therefore the whole chat got deleted, so all of the evidence is gone. Only thing I have left is the mail with the code, but how am I supposed to prove it was a scam? This is absolutely the most amazing product you can buy as a gift card. It can literally purchase any apple product/service including your health apps! No limit with what these can do with apple, and you don’t even pay extra for it. Perfect if you want to give a friend or family member some leverage but you don’t want to give them cash to waste. I’ve personally bought quite a few and I have absolutely no issue. Even redeeming these apple gift cards are super easy. All you do is click on a link. I 100% recommend because I’m addicted to the convenience and ease of use!

Apple Stole Gift Card Balance %26 Attacked Phone

Apple says gift cards do not expire but it’s not true. Apple told me they change their gift cards numbering after some time to a new system. Apple requested verification of receipt, phone, address, picture, etc. which I provided. They stole my gift card balance and claimed someone used it. They sent massive radiation through my phone so I can no longer use it for what reason? I did nothing wrong.

Beware of Apple GC scam!

Don’t buy GC from Apple!!! Bought a 50$ Apple GC from Walmart. Card had zero balance, and had already been used when husband tried to redeem. Found out New Apple grey strip (to prevent theft) had been removed and then replaced before I purchased GC.Called Apple Support and said they were unable to help and referred me to Walmart Headquarters. Neither Walmart and Apple want to assume responsibility. Very disappointed. Won’t be purchasing Apple Gift cards ever again, regardless of selling location.

False Advertisment / Ripoff

Advertised as "The gift card for everything Apple". Don't make my same mistake. I purchased a considerable amount added it to my Apple account in what the call Apple ID balance under the impression I could use MY MONEY to buy "everything Apple". What Apple has been doing since is holding MY MONEY refusing to honor the purchase of certain Apple products or give me MY MONEY back. The latest example I was trying to purchase AppleCare+ protection plan for a Macbook Pro 14 and Apple again refused to let me use MY MONEY to purchase an Apple product. The list goes on and on. Most of MY MONEY, what I have left after a few purchases of "qualifying"Apple items, has been sitting in what they call Apple ID balance for over one year now.

Great Family Sharing payment work around!

I'm a part of an Apple "Family" for sharing purchased content. This means that any app, media, services, and monthly AppleCare purchased through my AppleID end up on my family organizer's credit card. Purchasing these gift cards and then adding the code to my account ensures that I can pay for these purchases myself, via my account balance. This way I can decide on my purchases myself. It's not an ideal setup but at least this workaround is available.

Screw Best Buy, got to target

Order a card for a birthday. Well, problem if you order it last second and have some sort of expectation that I will get the gift card the day I order it to give as a gift. It’s now been 24hrs and I’ve left the party without the gift I purchased because they have charge me for it, but won’t send me code. I contact support and they tell me, well it can be an hour or maybe up to 24hrs. Well then I’ll go to another store let me cancel. Nope, cannot cancel which is BS. Never ordering from Best Buy again for this crap. No wonder they’re going out of business with that kind of model. Must be DEI employees, been doing it for decades now. This SHOULD BE ZERO STAR REVIEW, but BEST BUY WOULD GET BUTT HURT WITH A 0 SO MAKE YOU SELECT 1star.
