The paper quality has gone down recently. It's less smooth: ink dries faster, but it feathers and has ruined two nibs on my pens already (I've gone through about a quarter of the box). The box of coloured cards on the other hand still seems to be using the same paper as before (for now).

Unless you are too lazy, just cut up some paper because these aren't much thicker. Index cards are supposed to be much thicker. Worse is you won't know unless you tear the sealed packaging open.

Bought these to organise my fat quarters and scraps in the sewing room - perfect size & makes organisation a breeze.As Index cards they are great also, sturdy, no bleed through, feathering or ghosting, even with fountain pen / ink /brush pen use!
