I can't write to the quality of the paper as I didn't use it ... this paper has a gloss finish, which I did not want, a fact that is seemingly deliberately removed from the graphic of the package in the pictures (actual package reads "Digital gloss finish", not "Digital [space] finish". Incredibly disappointed that I have to go back into the store to exchange it. I now know that the gloss finish is mentioned in the specs tab but not in the main description of the product! But why should I have to check the specs when I am looking at the actual packaging details and reading the description? Why have you used a doctored picture Officeworks? Rating is for Officeworks, not for product.

Unfortunately I bought 2 packs Burrows 135gsm because it claimed to be suitable for inkjet printers. The paper continuously produced smeared images on two HP printers. I then used the product in a laser printer... beautiful images... but the paper continually jammed in the paper feed ... definitely not suitable for inkjets or lasers when so much product ends up in the rubbish bin.

I bought this product to use for printing brochures for my business. It is fantastic. it folds cleanly with no damage. The folding machine takes it easily. The surface is clean and crisp. I have tried another product from officeworks with the same gsm weighing but when i put it through the folding machine, the edges were damaged and torn.

This is my preferred paper for print jobs using an InkJet printer. It's exceptionally white and has a soft sheen which seems to make print — both text and graphics — seem lustrous and vivid. The paper 'feel' is luxurious, slightly thicker and definitely smoother to the touch. I haven't had any of the issues that other reviewers have mentioned, such as paper jams or ink-bleed.
My small company uses this to print customer reports and letters.Without fail they are impressed by the paper quality and it adds a lot to our overall positive impression. As for trouble with loading or printing, we have never had any.
Thats what someone said when I handed them something printed on this paper. Its smooth to touch and the extra thickness helps with the quality feel. Holding a sheet of this paper next to your standard 80gsm copy paper, you can see a slight lustre compared to the 80gsm. Sort of semi-matt. I've tried it in my laser and inkjet and both work fine, no jams. You obviously do have to set the paper settings to a thicker setting like matt paper or thick paper perhaps. this will stop jams and excessive ink being used. I didn't actually try it on plain paper setting because I'm sure it would jam or become wet with too much ink.
This paper is quite shiny and when the page is printed it comes out still quite wet. Blocks of colour bleed and nothing is crisp, including type. Perhaps this should only be for laser printers but it does say it will work with InkJets.
We regularly print colour brochures in-house. We've always bought another brand of paper from Officeworks and printed with no issues. We bought this J.Burrows option when our normal selection was unavailable. Despite careful selection of print options, fanning paper, making sure the printer was clean - and all the normal things you do to ensure problem free printing, this paper regularly jammed in the printers. Note that is printers, not just one printer. We threw away about 10% of the packet in jammed pieces, printing 200 copies took hours of careful babysitting, clearing the printer and restarting. Highly unsatisfactory. Sadly, quite a few of the J. Burrows brand items we've bought from Officeworks have demonstrated the same poor quality - punches that don't ... MoreWe regularly print colour brochures in-house. Great to see officeworks supplying paper with FSC accreditation
I have tried this paper in 4 printers both laser and inkjet, in every single one the text come out blurry and even after a couple of days it smudges.It claims to be for both inkjet and laser, while in fact it is for neither. I even tried it in a photo dedicated printer (printer #5), which is designed for glossy paper and has a drier built in.. Still smudged and blurry text.. save your self some hassle stay away
