Unfortunately this product has not worked well for me. The top side of the flag has residue on it from the flag before. This caused issues when the book was closed then reopened and found all my tags of information that had been colour coded relevant to the research being done were now on opposing pages. I liked the highlighting feature without marking my book but they dont stay where they were put after a page is turned or book is closed due to the top side being sticky.

I'm currently writing a book and need to do a lot of research; these flags/tags allow me to mark my books without de-facing them. Something that means a great deal to me as these books can be very expensive. Despite the age, or type of paper of the book; I have never had any residue or marks left behind. Mind you, I have always kept them dry, but in my experience they've worked perfectly!Sometimes this brand can be a little darker than their upmarket cousin, making reading over a little tricky with blue and pink, however a small inconvenience given it's half the price of it's big brand name brother.

For myself, its easy to confuse customers with the 5 pack. The product is really good. However, considering the price, I dont think its worth the money. Next time, Ill look for alternatives.
