This is not noise canceling you can hear every sound when you move your head, if you accidentally touch the wires every noise is in the ear piece it is horrible and distracting I have had cheaper head phones and I don’t hear myself moving or the wires moving in the ear piece I recommend buying a cheaper brand and not spending money on this
