Purchase certified refurbished direct from Jabra. Earbuds were in like new condition and included all accessories. It came packaged in a small zip-lock bag. Sound is very good for this price range with some EQ applied. I find that I need to apply some amount of EQ to all earbuds in this price range before I can fully appreciate them. IMO, the Jabra Elite 85T is about equal to the JBL Club Pro+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. All three of these earbuds sound best after EQ'ing and although they sound a little different from one another, they are about equal in overall sound quality. If I had to pick one of the three for sound quality, I would choose the JBL Club Pro+. The Club Pro+ is also my pick for best fitting but my last pick for ease of control. The Jabra Elite 85T ... The Jabra Elite 85T is my first pick for ease of control because it uses hardware switches rather than a touch surface like the Club Pro+ and Galaxy Buds Pro. The 85T is my 2nd choice for fit and sound quality. Don't get me wrong, all three earbuds sound quite good after applying EQ to suit my taste. The Galaxy Buds Pro is my 3rd choice for fit because I cannot get a good seal with the factory ear tips. I was able to get a good seal with the Jabra Elite 85T and JBL Club Pro+ using the factory ear tips. I detect no appreciable difference in the ANC between the Club Pro+, Galaxy Buds Pro and Elite 85T. All are good but are surpassed by the Sony WF-1000XM3 and XM4. The Talk-through feature of the Elite 85T and Club Pro+ worked really well and made communicating with others very easy The Jabra Elite 85T is a good choice in the $200 price range but some consideration should be given to the JBL Club Pro+ and the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. All 3 of these earbuds are quite good but none can compete with high end earbuds like the Sony WF-1000XM4 and Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 in terms of sound quality.

These are great earbuds for the price! The bass and depth are better than any I've used! AMAZING dimension to the sound. Charge quickly and the "hearthrough" feature is great. Slight learning curve to handle (volume up/down, sound/silent, etc.) but once familiar, very easy to use. The best part is you can get the Jabra app (Google or Apple store) and set an EQ and lots of other features (GET it!) (I use w/Android phone). Once I set it up, it was amazing. Case is very compact and charges quickly. No real downsides, but the buds can be a little finicky in ear - if rotated wrong, they go silent, so you have to get used to the correct positions. They seem to putter out if a less distance away from device as other buds, but that's a minor consideration. The supplied ... MoreThese are great earbuds for the price! The supplied rubbers didn't fit my ears well and after a search I found the best-fitting ones and now good to go! But you have to get perfect-fitting ear rubbers for these to sound their best - but no different than other brands. So far my best purchase for ear buds!

I bought 2 brand new Jabra Elite 5s and the Google wake word feature is a pretty plus although there is a widespread software issue here present on both pairs where when Google Assistant is selected as the Voice Assistant, the right earbud's triple press won't perform its assigned action (I've assigned it to Sound Modes). If the Voice Assistant is changed to Android default or Alexa, the triple press action works! This is clearly a software issue. I already tried to reset and re-paired both of the Elite 5s that I got, including reinstalling the Jabra app but the issue of the right bud's triple press not performing its assigned action is still there. It's only evident when I designate Google as my assistant, otherwise, the controls work on both or either bud ... Also, Google assistant press and hold function is locked on the right earbud when activated so it cannot be designated to the left (fyi). Otherwise, the user can just speak to activate the assistant. P.s. I contacted Jabra via Instagram and phone and they are not aware of this issue, they told me that they are raising this with their Product Development Team. What a bummer for a newly released product, may not be worth hyping this Elite 5s until they fix the issue via a firmware update. I hope this info helps others to not waste their money if they are thinking about getting these Elite 5s.

I've had at least 4 different pairs of true wireless earbuds over the last few years, including the Jabra 65t and Sony WF-1000xm3. The 75t is far superior to the 65t in every way I think it's a no-brainer upgrade if the price is right. The Sony buds probably still have an edge in sound quality, at least when playing ultra-high-def audio sources... but they're so unwieldy and uncomfortable to wear for any length of time, I never really enjoyed them. These new Jabras felt great immediately and have been comfortable wearing for long periods of time; they sound very good, with a surprising amount of bass; the microphones seem to be better than decent for phone calls (though they can't take the place of my Plantronics 5200 for business calls, given the unbeatable mic ... These new Jabras felt great immediately and have been comfortable wearing for long periods of time; they sound very good, with a surprising amount of bass; the microphones seem to be better than decent for phone calls (though they can't take the place of my Plantronics 5200 for business calls, given the unbeatable mic quality and input noise cancellation). The only mild annoyance and this hardly even qualifies as an annoyance is that they're so tiny they're a little hard to pop out of my ears when I want to remove them. But I'll gladly trade that for the fact that they stay in place at all, which the Sonys never could. ANC (with the latest firmware) is a really nice extra; again, it's probably not Sony-level, but the buds provide such a good fit and seal in the first place, the superior passive noise cancellation probably makes them better sound blockers than the Sonys, and the "Hear Through" transparency mode is to my ears more natural and comfortable on the 75ts. All around, the first set of TWEs that I've been totally happy with out of the box.
Not being a fan of inner headphones due to them falling out constantly in one ear but I was really keen to have some wireless headphones so decided to give them a try.The colour of the headphones were great as they matched my current phone what I planned to use them with. When I opened the packaging I saw that they were simple to get started, the charging case was perfect, meaning that you can keep them stored safe, from damage and keeping them in the case you can charge them on the go, for me this is ideal as I have a USB charger in the car so can charge them when going away in the car and may need to use them - perfect. The headphones themselves were easy enough to get started, I was able to make use of the smaller inserts on the headphones which helped me to ... I found them great to use on video calls and they fit discreetly into the ear so its difficult for others to see I am actually wearing them. The app is adaptable to your needs, my only real complaint is that there is an option to have one in one ear only but it only allows you to select the right ear, for me my preferred ear is the left so when I remove the right ear it either pauses play or stops it in the left ear, I would like an option to personalise this further for my preference. The app shows the amount of charge left on the the headphones and in the case which is good so you don't run out of power unaware.Within the headset settings you have the Audio experience so you can pause/resume audio by tapping the left headphone it will turn HeartThrough on and off, I like this as you can be attentive to your surroundings, channelling external ambient noise into the earbuds for increased awareness, and you can adjust its level via a slider in the app which is a great additional feature. The headphones are not noise cancelling but I do find that they are better than other wired headphones that I have used. The Call experience also allow you to personalise your experience so if you have muted your microphone is will play a tone to remind you it is muted. The call equaliser can be amended to default, more treble and more bass and there is also the option to turn on the prioritise blue tooth with call so when the phone rings it will auto play in the headphones. The Headset assistance allows you to amend the sleep mode to save battery when they are inactive or not being worn which is also a great feature.I think that they are a stylish design and I like that they are sweat proof and water resistant. Overall a great pair of headphones.
M'y first impression : For now, its the best earbuds I tested. Sound quality is chrystal clear, i still cant believe how the noise cancelling is effective. You also have the option "talk trough" on the app, wich surprised me : earbuds kinda act like a microphone wich you hear in your ears, so while you listen to your music or whatever you're listening to, you can hear everything around in a very clear way. You also have totally editable EQ built in the app, you can edit all the settings of the buttons on the app. I love the fact that all your settings stay saved in the earbuds and not the phone, what i mean by that is that if I connect my jabra on the TV, wich dont have the Jabra app, my settings remains the same, so i can still use the noise cancelling even on my ... Also, excellent and solid quality. The titanium color actually feels like its a metal. The negative:The earbuds have a kinda wierd shape, they feel okay in the ears but they are not perfect, JBL did a better job on that. The use or the case is confusing, altought its pretty cool to have many colors for battery level (green yellow, orange, red). The earbuds are a pain in the a$$ to pair (in my experience). The case battery seems very poor. Earbuds battery seems pretty good. Finally, i would ABSOLUTELY recommend these earbuds !!

Wanted a quality set of earbuds. While researching earbuds on the net these always came out with good reviews. I'll start with the good. These earbuds fit well and are extremely comfortable. The do not fall out of your ears. I am totally impressed with the sound quality. The Jabra phone app is excellent - it has an equalizer, you can program the push buttons. The push buttons are way better than any other earbud touch buttons I have tried. The hear through feature is excellent. Now the bad. They drop bluetooth connection intermittently especially when walking, if you turn your head just a little bit the connection is lost for a second or two. This happens way too often for the price of these earbuds. If you are just sitting listening to music they do not drop bluetooth connection but I bought them for walking. If you want to use only one earbud you can only use the right earbud. I wish that Jabra would make it so that you could use the left earbud independently instead of just the right. Would I buy them again, probably not because of the bluetooth connection problem. If it wasn't for the bluetooth connection problem I would have rated them a 5.
These are my first in-ear headphones. I love music and have a number of over ear headsets and a few classic earbuds as, when I've tried them in the past, in-ear models have been uncomfortable. Happily, not these; once I figured out how to put them in properly I've been able to wear them for hours with no issues and that seal out a lot of noise passively. (The active noise reduction is a great feature and works well but I don't see myself using it often as the passive reduction is enough for me.)Now for the sound. All Jabra app settings flat with no customisation. They are not as ultimately resolving as my best headphones but 1) I didn't expect them to be and 2) music is very enjoyable without anything that really frustrates me and this is a very pleasant surprise. ... I listen to a very wide range of music and have played a lot of different types while testing these. Bass is smooth, extended, impactful and satisfying while not overpronounced. It's easy to follow the melody in the bass runs without feeling the the bass is just another percussion instrument. The midrange is clear and detailed and the highs are clean and precise. Cymbals and high hats come through clearly.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and I'd easily recommend these to anyone.
I bought these for use while at the office. I needed earbuds with good noise cancelling and wanted true wireless so that I could put them in and take them off without having to remove my face mask. The noise cancelling is excellent; the best of any earbuds I've owned with the feature, which includes the Jabra Evolve 75e and the Sony WI-1000X. It doesn't entirely eliminate the chatter of people talking, but I can't hear it unless the conversation is nearby me. I've read complaints about the earbud tips. I find the 85t fits my ears better and more comfortably than my Evolve 75e. I would not, however, feel confident that they would stay in my ears if I were exercising. For me, with ANC on, they last about half the workday. I'd prefer if they could last the full day, but it's not a huge deal to recharge them during my lunch, especially since they have quick charge capability.
