Very good quality. They are comfortable and never fell from my ears. Good sound quality. Great bass and useful app. You can change sound settings in app creating your favourite experience. Battery last very long. At least few hours on full loud. It’s easy to connect them at first use and every time I’m taking them out of the box they are connecting to my phone right away. The price is adequate to quality and sound. Highly recommend. I wouldn’t change them.

The app has presets you can choose, such as a bass boost, or you can customise your own, which is a nice touch for different music styles.Even better was the call audio, as it was crystal clear when making and receiving voice calls. The noise cancellation is effective, perhaps even too much - I had to have it on its lowest setting whilst near traffic. I think it is compunded by the eargels sealing your ear canal and deadening sounds such as your footsteps. The case contains a battery that you charge from a USB lead, which in turn, charges the earbuds. This means you are not tied to finding a wall/USB socket, but can use the case as a power pack. The earbuds are a little fiddly to seat properly for charging, though. The batteries lasted about 5 1/4 hours on the earbuds and a total of 15 1/2 hours together with the case. The bluetooth pairs well and the range is about 10-12 meters, which is more than adequate.Overall, I would recommend the earbuds, particularly as the sound quality is excellent and the noise cancellation makes a world of difference.

However, the case is deeply unsatisfying and holds a subpar charge. The earbuds are even worse and last for no longer than 2-3 hours even though they claim 5 hours minimum battery life. This happens to me frequently, sometimes even after they are placed perfectly in the case, leading me to believe that shaking in my pockets causes the prongs to lose connection, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, these headphones usually take well over a minute to actually start playing sound back from my device. They will say they are “connected” but won’t actually play any sounds for over a full minute. Finally, if the volume is turned above 3/4 strength, there is a very clear, and very annoying, “hissing” that can be heard. Overall I do not recommend this product and am searching for a quality replacement

First impressions were good as the Jabra elite active 65t arrived in stylish packaging. Included were the headphones, with buds already attached, plus two other different sizes, the charging case and USB cable, and very limited instructions about set up. The headphones and charging case came with a small amount of charge so I could use them straight away, which I was obviously desperate to do! The charging case is solid (although slightly stiff to open) and has a handy light on the outside so you can see that it is charging. The head phones feel light but bulky compared to other wireless ones. It is also worth taking the time to attach the correct buds to the ear pieces to improve comfort and they are very easy to change. I needed the smaller ones for a comfortable feel and although I knew that they were in correctly, I kept feeling like they were going to fall out. The good elements I was able to pair the headphones to my phone and laptop very easily. The sound quality is excellent and the functions from the ear pieces are easy to use. I love that the sound cuts out if you remove either of the headphones. There is some noise reduction however would say that I did not experience any noise cancelling. The bad elements I was really excited about the capabilities of the app, not least as I could get to know the capabilities of the head phones, given the limited start up instructions with the packaging but to date I cannot get it to work.My issue was that I could download the app but I couldn't get past the initial set up for the head phones. I checked online and other people who have the same phone model as I do seem to have had the same issue. I am waiting for Jabra to come back to me (a week later). This has really disappointed me and affected how I feel about the product and its limited use. Love the headphones and sound quality but without the access to the app, they are just an expensive pair.

When researching the Jabra Elite 65t I thought they looked a bit cumbersome, However when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the size and look of them, smaller than expected. The two buds and the charging case arrived with a 90% charge so I could try them out straight away. One feature I thought was excellent is when you take an earbud out it will stop or pause the music. When you pop it back in it continues from where you left off.The earbuds battery life is very good and easily lasts over 4 hours, The charging case has enough power for two charges so in that respect they are very good. The charging case however is fiddly to open and requires quite a squeeze to open the lid, as the plastic is very smooth you do run the risk of dropping it. The usb charging cable however is ridiculously short and only of any real use if you are charging it from a laptop.I wasn't blown away by the sound quality of the Elite 65T neither did I think it was terrible. I'm not a sound specialist but it just seemed to lack a bit of punch or atmosphere. My phone has a dolby atmos setting that improved the sound quality somewhat. To further fiddle with the sound quality I would recommend downloading the Jabra app, here you can adjust the Bass, Mid range and treble and save your preferred settings. I particularly enjoyed the soundscapes here you can choose various sounds from nature such as a thunder storm or birds tweeting , should you wish to relax or just drown out background noise whilst you are working,Practicality wise being untethered from the phone whilst listening to a podcast and answering calls came in to its own. Answering calls was simple press on the earbud and the clarity of the call was exceptional. The bluetooth connection was very stable and had great range too.. These earbuds aren't cheap and I was expecting the sound quality to be better than just OK. However they are extremely practical, fit well, and are a joy to use.

Upon receiving the earphones the packaging was compact and looked very smart. The buds come with different size ear pieces to ensure the correct fit - and one thing I would say is the correct fit makes all the difference to the sound you get back. The case that they come in, is a small chargeable case that can easily be kept in your gym bag or anywhere else for that matter. I use my headphones every morning during my workout and have had these for approximately 3 weeks. In this time I have charged the case once! This is a great quality of this product and you never have to worry about running out of battery. You can download the Jabra app which allows you to personalise your sound quality even more so and also link up to apple health. Once you have chosen the appropriate size ear bud, the fit is great and feels very secure. I have done most types of exercise with them in and not once worried about them falling out. The sound quality of this product is also great. Again this is something that can be adapted on the app, but I do like to listen to my music with the volume up as loud as it can go. Some earphones I feel do not produce enough sound but with the correct setting, I can definitely get the sound I want from these. One slight negative for me and the only thing that has stopped me rating this product as 5 stars is the controls. As this is such a compact product it can be quite difficult to use the control panel. This is located on each earbud, with each side having a different function. I found it quite tricky to skip songs etc or found myself changing the volume instead. This may be something that just requires practice, but as a female with quite dainty fingers I imagine this proving tricky for those with larger hands. Overall I am very impressed with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone after a compact yet not compromising on sound earphone.

They had to fit comfortably, be noise cancelling when needed, have a great quality of sound, work well with my mobile phone and be reasonably affordable. The Jabre Elite 65t ticks all of the boxes. I love the professional sleek look of the packaging very fitting with the image of the brand I already had. The headphones come with a matt black charging box which houses them. I am a little disappointed that this is made of plastic as it does feel a little cheap given the rest of the packaging and product looks and feels the part. The opening mechanism on the box is a little tricky and unless careful as the headphones aren't secured inside, they just sit, they can 'jump out'. This is a very minor negative with and I think all the positives far outweigh this. I was a bit dubious about the sound quality being my first pair of wireless in ear headphones but the quality is just as good as my wired ones - if not better. I have used them a few times now while out and about to take phone calls and even in windy conditions have not had any issues hearing or being heard which really surprised me. The app that you download to help control the headphones is really easy to use and I love you can change the level of noise cancelling, this is great for when I want to shut off from the world or when I'm out and about for a walk but still need to hear my surroundings. I find the audio quality very clear and crisp and have had no issues with drop out at all. I am surprised actually the distance that the wireless will still work at. With three different size 'eargels', it would have been better having a couple of extra sizes to suit a wider range. The one thing I love the most is their multifunctionality, they are as good in the ear when out for a jog or at the gym as they are sitting on the train trying to watch a movie in peace and quiet.

But when Ive turned this feature off I feel the sound quality is actually much better. The connection is pretty impressive. I was able to connect my Jabra Elite Active 65t to my phone and move around most of the ground floor of my house without losing connection to the phone while the phone was sat on my bed. This is so useful for me as sometimes I struggle to hold my phone. The ultimate test was for me was to see if these would actually stay in my ears while driving over bumpy surfaces in my wheelchair and I was very impressed these actually stayed in most of my journery. They did fall outonce but that was when I first put them in as I hadnt moved all my hair out of the way so the left ear bud wasnt sitting snuggley in my ear but that was easily fixed. The only problem I have encountered so far is that when I turn off the headphones the left ear piece keeps losing connection with the right one, but after a little research and a bit of playing around I can now easily reconnect them and carry on using them. Im also really impressed with the way you can control the noise cancellation. This came in very handy while at the hospital. Personally, I have turned off the noise cancellation feature as I have noticed that I can hear a white noise sort of sound when its on and when I turned the feature off the sound was much clearer. These charge super-fast, and the battery life is also very impressive. They have lasted me the entire day, without having to put them in the charging/carrier pod.

Quality Headphones

First, even before I put these things anyway near my ear canals you can feel that they are a quality breed. Oftentimes, when you have a quality product in your hands you can just feel it. Like having an in-built tactile quality radar in your fingertips. They just *feel* expensive.Unfortunately I found the set up process to be a less than smooth. I had a few issues where my phone would pair to the headphones but the App didn't get the memo and the like. But after a few attempts I was all set and from there on, I very much enjoyed my experience in the Jabra App. I really loved how you could customize the App to show the most useful widgets to help you configure your best listening experience for various situations. But of all the widgets I was mostly interested in the equalizer. This allowed me to either choose from a selection of presets (I later discovered you can create your own too!) or you can manually adjust how much bass, middle and treble you want. After getting things just how I liked it I have to say I was very impressed with the sound quality! With a few tweaks of the equaliser it was very easy to get a nice deep bass paired with cutting highs, just how I like it!The sound quality really is excellent, having not previously owned such an expensive set of headphones I have no idea how it compares to the likes of the popular Apple AirPods or similar but to my ears, it's delightful! One of my favourite features of these headphones though is the ability to choose complete silence whilst listening thanks to a very decent level of passive noise cancelling or you have the ability to turn on the HearThrough feature. Doing so enables the built in microphones so that sounds from the outside world is mixed into the sound. This is an excellent feature for anyone that needs to be aware of their surroundings whilst listening, for example when cycling on a busy road.Overall then, colour me impressed with Jabra and this product!!

First impressions: Unpacked the box with the earphones and found that as the 65t was removed from the case the earbuds got switched on and the program started loading! Using the 65t The instructions for setting up the phones were very clear. What's even more amazing was the fact that I normally use hearing aids and I removed them to test the headphones and I heard the instructions very clearly! The headphones fit perfectly and it cut out the outside notice very well. There are three different sized pairs of silicon ear tips to ensure that the ear buds fit. Next tried listening to some songs from one of my favourite groups and was surprised at the clarity and balance considering that I was listening without my hearing aids definitely surprised me. The left earbud volume up and down button allows the tracks to go forward or backward by keeping the button pressed till you hear the beep. Elite 65t has a standard five hours of listening time and another ten hours when using the charging case. In addition when the headphones are flat you can get one and half hours of use by leaving in the charging case for 15 minutes. The LED's in the carry case also indicates how much charge is left. Downloaded the Jabra Sound+ App from the Playstore. Immediately the headphones connected to the app and updated the software and then there was a update to the headphones and instructed me to slot the headphones to the case. The app allowed the settings to the headphones to be changed - three listening settings Commute, Focus and Active, with hear through slider on allowed external sounds to filter through. Each mode has it's own EQ allowing changing of treble or bass. For those who tried using the headphones while running have said how good it is both in terms of the build and the sound quality. Using as a hearing aid Came across an app on Playstore called Bluetooth Ear. Loaded it to my smartphone and I can use the Jabra-elite-65t as a hearing aid! The only problem is that there is an echo. Apart from that it allows me to listen to conversations better than my hearing aid! PRO's Good connection Very Impressive and detailed audio app Good fit Sweat-proof NEGATIVES Accelerometer may play up Could be better connection to Alexa Fairly large Can be uncomfortable after using for a long time
