Highly recommended seller. He is a very honest seller. First, I chat with him and asked for the delivery time. He said all order will be shipped same day if the order was placed before 12pm. And with that I had placed the order. My headset arrived in 2 days and that was considered fast during MCO. \n\nOn the headset, it works with my Microsoft Team although by default it was meant for MS Lync and Skype for Bussiness. Download the Jabra Direct from Jabra website for all the additional setting. I prefer the sound to be in Bass and optimize the audio for music. The microphone is with noise cancelling which is good if you're at home. Overall it's a good product.

Received within 4 days for northern state. Seller was helpful and quick replied my questions. I have been using for 1 week. First time used for 2 hours conference call(Microsoft Team). The leather earpad was soft so I don't feel ear pain after long hours used. I was wearing spec and the earpad doesn't press hard on my ear. The mic is good enough to filter the background noise(especially standing fan nearby). Although expensive, with this quality definetely worth the price.

Needed a better headset for work and would work with Krisp noise cancelling software. Krisp was cancelling out the dog barking etc. but not other voices (actually was making background voices clearer. Now with the Jabra headset working a charm. Nice and light and comfortable headset.Not as comfortable as my other over-ear headset, but over-ears can get hot. And it's nice to hear some background noise like the radio, birds outside etc. which you don't hear on with over-ears.

At this price it is hard to beat !

Jabra is a brand that is surprising me with excellent products. This small and not much expensive hp, works as I could not imagine. I Use also the e65BT In Ear that are working more than fine.On this pack, the cabling with the USB and removable Jack 3.5 gives the flexibility to use it on two devices like I do switching sometime from the Windows HP notebook (in USB) to my iPad Air (in 3.5 mm jack).The meetings are finally not only a chaotic experience, but the audio is clear, not invading, not too loud, well intelligible. Of course doesn'tgive to you the chance to leave the desk and go to the kitchen or bathroom, like a BT device could, but the wiring connection in someway gives also a stability that with some BT piece you could rather dream.As always there are much better product, spending two or three times more, but we have to refer this feedback to the category of this piece. And in my opinion for the price, I am totally satisfied.

In-line controls only with USB

I chose this headset because it offered microphone and inline controls including mute, and could be used with a jack instead of usb. When I received it I saw that the inline controls were only available with the usb, not the jack and asked to return it. Seller told me no returns once opened (all of the packaging is resealable and undamaged - zipper case and ziplock bag) for hygiene reasons - I have not actually put the headset on my head, just looked at the jack set-up. Might be a good headset, no idea, because it doesn’t actually do what I need. Now I’m stuck with it.

Its missing some kind of control device that lets you answer calls, adjust volume, mute, etc... The instructions that came with it suggest I shouldve been sent this control piece, but no. Without this key piece its a one eared headphone with a short cord. Terrible

This headset sounds amazing for the price point. It works perfectly and its very light. My only problem has been that it slides around on my head a bit which I am guessing is a function of it being so light.

I needed a better microphone for online meetings and training video creation. I was unaware of the background noise that my old headset introduced. I looked around and found some very expensive headsets and some that emphasized BASS. I came across this Jabra headset at a much more reasonable cost. I was a little surprised that it has a USB puck as well as the 3.5mm connector. The 3.5mm for my phone and the USB puck for the laptop where the video creation occurs. I found that the 3.5mm connector in the laptop recorded one side but not stereo. The puck resolved that issue There is no perceptible background noise and the sound quality from the microphone is good. The headset sound is clear and high quality. The headset ear pieces are comfortable but after a while my ears start to hurt and I have to move them around. Overall, for the price, these were a good choice and I would recommend them if your requirements are not for constant wearing. I am happy with my selection.
