Needed a better headset for work and would work with Krisp noise cancelling software. Krisp was cancelling out the dog barking etc. but not other voices (actually was making background voices clearer. Now with the Jabra headset working a charm. Nice and light and comfortable headset.Not as comfortable as my other over-ear headset, but over-ears can get hot. And it's nice to hear some background noise like the radio, birds outside etc. which you don't hear on with over-ears.

I bought this as my original headset snapped when pulled out of my bag too vigorously. The replacement is sturdy and does the job. The only issue I have is the headband fits more tightly than the original

Jabra is a brand that is surprising me with excellent products. This small and not much expensive hp, works as I could not imagine. Love these headphones. While the sound for music doesn't tolerate as much bass as I'd like, I'm not usually using these for music anyway. I bought them for keeping out the sounds of noisy neighbors while I take phone calls for work from home, and that they do very very well. I like that I can unplug the 3.5mm jack from the usb link and then use them in any device that takes a 3.5mm headphone plug.
It is very comfortable on my ears even with my glasses on. I use it for work at home 8 hours a day. I can hear my customers very well but have gotten a couple complaints from customers that they couldn’t hear me that good but idk if it is just them or the mic. I do think it was a little overpriced.
My daughter got one from her job and she loves it. I had to buy one for my granddaughter because she kept using her mother's Jabra headphones. Now they both have them and they use them all the time. Very good qualtiy!
I chose this headset because it offered microphone and inline controls including mute, and could be used with a jack instead of usb. When I received it I saw that the inline controls were only available with the usb, not the jack and asked to return it. Seller told me no returns once opened (all of the packaging is resealable and undamaged - zipper case and ziplock bag) for hygiene reasons - I have not actually put the headset on my head, just looked at the jack set-up. Might be a good headset, no idea, because it doesn’t actually do what I need. Now I’m stuck with it.
I got this headset because I am now working from home, and the headset that my employer provider was subpar at best. I do have ocasssiooni issues with hearing callers but that is I belive more likely do to the equipment I am using. It's comfortable if you don't wear earrrings. You can hook up to a usb port, not the new usb c ports. You can control the volumn, as well as mute calls on the devicd itself. It came brand new, with a carrying case, which I found very nice.
Lightweight yet built to last. Great noise cancelling features, that helps when working in my noisy office or at home when my kid is running around the house screaming "Wakanda Forever!" Simply plug it in and you are good to go.
Sound quality is fantastic. Passive noise cancelling is high quality. Headphones are very light and don't get uncomfortable with extended use. The mute function when raising the boom is a must (IMO). I had a set of Jabra Evolve 75 and 85, and these are hands-down far better. I don't personally like Bluetooth (EMF exposure) so I try to do everything corded. There are wireless options as well.
