Withstood a night on the lash. Decent pockets woke up with some randoms phone in one of them (The phone was returned safely). Fits well got a few compliments on it so 'appy days. "Suits you that lad, very Conor McGregor tonight" then I sparked him out....Jokes no one was hurt during the night

The coat is exactly as pictured, true to size, the fabric & construction are high quality, & gives the look/feel of a classic wool coat without the wool. Very pleased.

It's a lovely coat, really wanted to keep it but flipping hec, the sizes!!!! I got a 3x my partner is tall and well built , most stores this size would fit, arms 3inches short, barely went across his shoulders, such a shame, I must add,a lot jackets tried we're the same regarding size, still don't have one!

I bought this overcoat as I wear a lot of suites and finally decided it was something I needed to invest in.After looking through the selection on ASOS I chose this one and it was definitely a great choice.
Bought last minute for a funeral and needed something smart/respectful but also stylish for my taste, and something possibly a bit more versatile for more smart/casual use in future. I'm 5'10", 72kg, and ordered both the Small and Medium to try. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality as it's reasonably thick, and the cut/style is spot on and tailored. Ultimately, I went with the small as it still allowed for a few layers underneath before getting tight under the arms, fit the shoulders well, but mainly as the sleeve/cuff length was much better and didn't drown my hands as much as the medium, which was only a touch larger really. The creases from folding are pretty tough to get out, but managed a half decent job doing it through a cotton tee and setting decently ... MoreBought last minute for a funeral and needed something smart/respectful but also stylish for my taste, and something possibly a bit more versatile for more smart/casual use in future. The creases from folding are pretty tough to get out, but managed a half decent job doing it through a cotton tee and setting decently hot, however I imagine it will crease easier than I'd like it to. Main downfall is that not matter how much I run the lint roller over it to get off loose black fibers, it never ends and many end up showing on a white shirt around the neck and shirt front (before the coats lining saves you). I imagine with a good dry clean this would be less of an issue but I didn't have the time to. Texture is great, also distracts from the fact it's not a proper heavy duty quality pea coat with super thick fiber that costs £££, but it walks the line well. Wear it confidently and its quality will 10x in the eyes as always. Very happy with it, and works with a hoody under it you wanna go that way with it (p.s. the model in the photo wears the medium and it looks nice, if a little loose and more casual, but he also must have long arms as the sleeves down drown him as the did with me, hence why I chose small with a smarter formal style in mind (when I usually go medium with more casual garments)
This was bought as a christmas present for my partner. I wasn't expecting excellence for the price, but even still, the coat is little more than an overshirt with a fancy cut. It is thin, with odd hemlines that cannot be ironed out. Looks smart from a distance and is a nice finishing touch, but certainly not reliable as a "decent" coat. Partner is happy and not bothered by the thinness, so truly depends on what you want- he was just after something to dress up in, i was hoping to keep him warm. Definitely size up
It’s a very good product for its price. Material is wool so its nice and warm. Fits well. Only thing is that you have to pay custom charge to receive this product in Canada. ASOS should mention that when you order.
I ordered this coat and immediately on my first wear I noticed it started to bobble where the material was rubbing. After only wearing the coat 4 times It is covered in bobbles. I will either stop wearing this coat or purchase a device to remove these bobbles. Due to the material the coat will require a de bobble regularly. Do not purchase if you don’t have time to maintain this coat
Husband ordered a large. He's a medium/large in other clothes. It was very tight across chest and the sleeves were 2 inches too short - disappointing. Cannot buy in store and has to be ordered online so he is going to leave it.
Sharp coat with a slim cut. Looks great. I also am vegan and wanted faux wool. Very happy.
