Well worth it! I’ve never worn shoes as comfortable and supportive as these. Hands down best all round shoe with style and comfort, love that they came with a change of laces! So not only can you change the insoles to fit your feet perfectly but you can also change the laces to match your fit, mine came with the plane white in the picture and some beautiful blue floral laces. I’ve only worn them a couple times but can’t wait to wear them all around Europe.

I am on my feet all day at work and was suffering from constantly sore ankles and feet as a result of an old running injury. I purchased the Jackie IV shoes hoping that the support would help with this. I can honestly say investing in these shoes is the best thing I have ever done! Great, supportive shoes with second to none comfort. They are no longer my work shoes but my every day, everywhere shoes!! And they go everything! So versatile.

I have never had really good shoes and having bursitis my podiatrist recommended some good shoes to be beneficial. I bit the bullet dug deep and bought a pair very hopeful it would make a difference. Got to say I am more than impressed they really do make a huge difference allowing me to be able to walk and stand for much longer periods of time pain free. So if you’re thinking they won’t make a difference I can say I highly recommend them. I wear a size 5 and having a very foot and narrow heel I tried all the models and the Jackie lV was a perfect fit overall.

The shoe is lovely.I have had several pairs of Frankie’s before and buy them for their amazing support and comfort.This pair have a criss cross edging on the leather tongue.Unfortunately this rubbed for several days and was uncomfortable.It has since settled and I am enjoying the usual comfort I associate with this quality product.However, I probably would not buy a sneaker again with this feature.
These shoes are comfortable and look smart enough for a casual workplace. My feet don’t hurt at the end of the day which is great. Like my other pair of Frankie4 sneakers, they feel quite shallow around the heel/ankle. As though they’ll easily slip off. This takes getting used to. The shoelaces are also very short. No double knots possible! Otherwise a good shoe.
This is my second pair of Frankie 4 white runners in 12 months. My first pair were worn consistently on our 7 week trip overseas last year. I walked a million miles in these shoes while we were away. They were so comfortable to wear, moulded to the shape of my feet and were soft on my feet.. I am a diabetic and have arthritic bumps on the top of both feet so comfort is very important to me. They can also be worn with pants, jeans or a dress.I have just invested in another pair of Frankie 4 white runners and down graded my first pair. Just love them!
I bought these about three weeks ago. Of course I love them and the sneaker fit perfectly to my feet. But there is one thing that is quite uncomfortable and is the serrated/pinked tongue. I’ve worn them once around the block and I really don’t know what to do. The tongue made a sore red mark. Do I send them back or is there another solution? Maybe cutting the serrated edge but scared to ruin a beautiful shoe. Suggestions please. Thank you.
I have bought several pairs of Frankie 4 shoes in recent years because they are comfortable and stylish. However, I am disappointed with the discomfort caused by my new Jackie lV shoes. The serrated edge of the tongue digs into my foot. I did return to the Camberwell store to consider returning the shoes but decided to keep them, hoping the leather will soften. I am considering taking them to a shoe repairer to trim the serrated edge…disappointing.
These shoes are so pretty, however the punching at the end of the tongue stuck into my ankles and hurt/irritated. Sadly I had to return these shoes as I could not wear them. I exchanged them in store (for Nat 2?) as I needed a clean pair urgently. I love my Jackie 3 and wear them all the time. My favourite shoes. I hope that you will consider the design fault with the Jackie 4 and make these beautiful shoesbsobthatbi can wear them again. They are so pretty and most comfortable.

I wear this shoe nearly every day and often have 2 pairs that I rotate - one pair for every day and a newer pair for night time/going out. I always have a new/bright white pair waiting in a box. I have an extremely wide size 10/11 foot and very rarely can I buy shoes off the shelf. I am 56 and at age 16 had surgery to remove bunions. The bunions have come back slightly. I own and operate 3 retail stores and I stand up and I’m on the move every day either working on shop floor or doing behind the scenes physical work.
