Doesn't fast charge out of any of the ports

I got this hoping to charge some of my USB devices from random online places with it (shaver, blender, bag sealer), as it only did 5V. These devices all seem to lack the resistors to signal to a proper PD power supply that they need power.I assumed that it would just put 5V on the USB ports so that devices that didn't correctly implement USB PD would at least charge slowly off it. Doesn't happen. Needs to negotiate before it turns on its pathetic power output. Why bother when you only do 15 watts?

Both my sister and I purchased this product on the same day, hers heated up so much that she unplugged it. It only had a phone and a vape pod charging. Consequently I tried mine and only had a phone plugged in one USB port and it went bang and blew black smoke out the side. Please be aware of these results if you have purchased one and check it while you are watching it to ensure it is safe and won't end up burning your house down if you are out or asleep.
