Not sure if this product has changed but there were no pre-marked nailing guide on the sheets I last purchased. I’ve tried to match in with some previously laid flooring and the underlay seems thicker ie 7mm instead of 6mm.

Product as described. 1 x panel with no markings to assist nailing but the rest were ok
I bought some tile underlayment from Bunnings. There were no pre marked nail holes like advertised in your video and Hardies spec sheets. It makes the job easier if the product description is authentic.
Not sure if recently changed but there is no pre-marked nailing pattern anymore. i was suspecting that wrong product was delivered but the product code on the sheet shows it is correcr.
I purchased and had delivered some James Hardy ceramic tile underlay sheeting expecting pre-marked nail positions. I question now whether I actually received the correct product?
This product is easy to cut and lay. Also, primer and waterproofing also goes down well on this underlay.
Actually not $21,Its $27 a sheet. Havent changed the proce online or instore. Adds up when u need a few sheets
