I was given this beautiful pot to review honestly. I love cooking homemade meals for all occasions. This Jamie Oliver pot was a god send for me. I have issues gripping & lifting things which usually results in dropped saucepans. This one pot pan is genuinly genius. It's not easily knocked over as it has a nice big sturdy base with easy to grip handles either side. It's lightweight for me (which is rare), however still sturdy & stable on my hob. I've found it to be extremely versatile & easy to clean ready for my next session. I can cook yummy soups, stews, special rice's, pasta bakes, roasts, bake cakes etc and curries. I can even fry up a cooked breakfast, or morning porridge. I am in love with my new pan. This pan is huge (in a good way) it can easily hold/cook enough food to feed an extended family for those much celebrated (or dreaded) family gatherings. The size is just incredible so it would be perfect for batch cooking too!I had no such event while trying this beast out, so decided to make the family some poached eggs for breakfast on a lazy Sunday morning. The pan is quite broad and deep, very convenient for me for batch cooking and it does save me a lot of time. You can cook around 10 to 12 portions in this pan. Had reservations that this pan wouldn't cook evenly due to its size. But it worked beautifully - everything was evenly cooked, and the food remained piping hot on the plate (for a lot longer than when I use other pans).I also expected some items to stick or burn (garlic, onions etc), but nothing did - it all cooked perfectly without the need for oil or fluids.The pan was very easy to wash - true to its word it was non-stick.Weight wise it is quite hefty, but I did not find it heavy or awkward to use.The handles did not absorb any heat (used on a hotplate) so no issues with taking the lid off or moving the pot.
This is a cracking pan and I've used it everyday day since receiving it. It really is non stick and easy to clean. When frying something I just give it a quick wipe after use without the need to clean fully. It took me a few times to recognise how the heat sensor in the middle of the pan worked. I don't feel it was very obvious however i'm a confident enough cook to not really need that bit of tech anyhow. I like that it looks nice as I don't really have space in my cupboard for it. But it looks good sat on the hob so that's fine . Having used itto make a stew I found being able to start the stew and finish it in the same pan saved so much washing up as I normally use a pan, slow cooker and an oven dish for the dumpling. I managed to do it all in one.

I absolutely love this pan it is a great all rounder. I can't wait to try more recipes. It saves on washing up too as you can fry in the pan and then put in the oven. It has a lovely weight to it not too heavy but feels robust. I love the timer on the bottom of the pan that indicates when the pan is hot enough and ready to use. The lid fits perfectly. And what a dream it is to clean no effort or scrubbing required I didn't even need to pre soak. This will definitely becomey pan of choice in the future.

The lid came in super handy when leaving the curry to simmer normally I would have had to use tin foil to cover my woks. When it came to cleaning up I was sure that the curry would have stained it but it came clean so easily. The next dish that we made was beef bolognese. The meat cooked evenly in the pan despite the pan being a lot bigger than my biggest hob and when it came time to reduce the sauce the lid came in crutch again. The final dish was Kohakutou Candy which I was really scared of doing in the pan as I am well known for ruining pans when I make candy.
