My first personal sewing machine and it’s super easy to use! Recommend for any beginner because it allows for your skills to advance as well
I am a 72 year old man with very little experience of sewing machines but I could slowly understand how to use this. I am sure anybody who already has more experience will find it easy to use and will enjoy it modern features. It is heavy enough to not move when it’s on the table but still easy to lift even for an old man like me. After I became used to it I could appreciate its convenience. The needle is versatile and accurate. It is has an attractive, modern appearance. I ordered it online and the delivery happened very smoothly. It is interesting to know that “Janome” means “snake’s eye” in Japanese.

Absolutely love the self threader and no need for a foot peddle below. Can easily navigate functions. Great machine for a beginner or expert !
Was nervous to buy such an item without seeing it but happy......
It's been ages since I have done any sewing, and wanted a solid computerized machine for quick alterations and simple upcycling projects. I was pleasantly surprised by the many new features in modern Janomes that make sewing very enjoyable. Thank you Shelley and Sew Much Easier for the encouraging and informative blog posts and emails which have inspired me to return to this hobby.
