I give this product a 10 out of 10. It is 100% authentic and the quality is excellent. It also has a lot of compartments; main, laptop pocket, front velcro closure, medium sized compartment with phone pockets and pen pockets, 1 small sized compartment, and 2 bottle holders outside the bag; one for my 32 oz. hydroflask and one for my umbrella. I recommend this bag to someone who needs a lot of bag space and likes to organize and keep things in order. I also got 200php discount from this store so it's definitely worth the buy. P.S. the bag is greener in real life

This is my first time buying a JanSport backpack, so perhaps I wasn't familiar with what 38L really meant, but the middle compartment is really big, almost too big. The compartment would be great for some occasions like travelling or putting a jacket in your bag, but I'm afraid it will be too big for my regular load of a laptop and a couple of notebooks. It would be great if the backpack had adjustable straps on the sides to size it down when needed.Otherwise, this is a great bag! The shoulder straps are suuuper comfy, they would even be comfortable on bare skin. The backpack sits comfortably on my back with and without the laptop in the designated compartment. The only thing is, the laptop sleeve's flap doesn't close on my 15" laptop, but this is a minor ... The overall quality and durability seems pretty good.

I bought the hydrangea-patterned backpack for my granddaughter, Lily and she gave me a review that was two thumbs up - she LOVES it! It has twice the number of pockets and now that she has moved from primary school to college, she needs to carry books, clothes, and her laptop. The straps are padded and so much more comfortable than the one we replaced. She has been getting compliments from other students and teachers on how pretty it is and it matches her uniform. 10 out of 10!

I’ve been through so many cheap bags, the last one broke its zip on day one, so I bit the bullet and bought the large student bag. It’s been through a tough first week but it’s holding up like a champ for my grandson. Never compromise price over quality.
Pros: Holds plentySturdyNumerous pockets/sectionsErgonomic shoulder strapsCons: Flaps that cover the zippers have a tendency to get in the way, causing the zippers to get stuck. Must remember to fold them back out of the way when zipping it closed.Other thoughts: I have been a fan of JanSport backpacks since I was in junior high, I will be forty in March. My twelve year old daughter had the Superbreak version when school started and we found that the amount of books she would end up needing to carry daily just could not fit into that one, without a struggle. I did some research and found this larger backpack. Perfect! Even better is that I found it on BuyDig.com for about $20 less than other sites. We love the trendy color selections, but I am happy that it comes in a simple black. It holds everything but the kitchen sink, without her looking as if she is about to go hiking. Sometimes you need the space, but not the bungee straps, bells and whistles. Yes, the backpack looks as if she has turtle shell, but she is pretty small in size, about 4' 8' tall and weighing about 93 lbs. She loves the backpack, rates it high and mentions the ease of fitting all she needs in it quite often. The padded ergonomic straps and back are comfy. The backpack is quite roomy, having multiple (I think we counted 8) pockets/sections allowing her to sort her school books and accessories. It also comes with a laptop sleeves that fits into a section against the back. The side water bottle net feature allows for small last minute items, as does the front pocket that has a Velcro closure. My only negative at the moment and the reason the backpack gets four stars instead of five, is the flaps that cover some of the zippered sections. They have a tendency to get caught in the zipper, if not folded back out of the way. Something we have to remember when closing those sections. My daughter and I like this backpack and plan on using this style next school year and yes, I will be shopping BuyDig.com first.
I absolutely love this backpack! JanSport makes very durable bags. (I've had my other JanSport backpack since JUNIOR HIGH and I'm 30 now. It's still going strong.) However, I'm going back to school and needed one with room/protection for my Laptop. This one not only fit my personality (my husband picked it out) but has more than enough room for everything! I carry ALOT: multiple binders, alot of books, planner, my laptop and cords, iPhone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, waterbottle, wet wipes, etc... It fits it all! I love the ergonomic straps and the waterbottle holder (my old one didn't have either). I also love the machine washability, makes it easy to keep the bag looking nice.
