Jarrow Formulas Wild Bitter Melon Extract - 60 Tablets

I was taking Jarrow Pressure Optimizer, but they stopped making it I guess. Since the Pressure Optimizer has a lot of Bitter Melon in it, I thought I'd give this one a try. It works great. I feel much better when I take it. My blood pressure isn't super high...borderline some days, normal on other days. I exercise every day (cycle 12 miles + workout at the gym). I would like to lose 5 lbs, but that's about it really. This keeps my pressure within a normal range and I am not tired when I take it. I used to take the New Chapter Blood Pressure Take Care but they stopped making it too. I hope Jarrow doesn't discontinue this one. It really helps me.

I love this. It's effective, it really controls the blood sugar, the glucose level, regulation of Sugar level. I feel good and more alert with better proper energy after consumption. It uses Wild Bitter Melon so it's good and effective.

I think this product is doing it's job. I have a habit of eating something sweet in the morning with my tea or coffee and I try to remember to take one of these tablets about 30 minutes before eating the sweets. Hopefully it mitigates the bad effects of the sugar! I find the size of the tablet slightly big. Sometimes it's hard to swallow. That's why I took off one star.

My husband is using for reducing his blood sugar.But appears not bring it down. He is taking as directed on bottle. 1 tab am, pm.Just finished 1st 1 month of bottle.It will continue be taken to see if effective or not.At least need to take 3 months. So far no side effects noted.

To reduce morning fasting glucose

I have morning fasting glucose issues. Metformin at 850 x 2 works, but I developed rashes. So I reduced to metformin 500 xr x 2 but the fasting glucose is still on the high side, averaging around 6.2. However the rash is gone. I added this product, once a day at night together with the night metformin before or during meals, and most times I can achieve morning readings of around 5.7 to 5.9. Hopefully if I add in intermittent fasting I can bring the reading down to below 5.5.

Wild Bitter Melon Extract works!

I have been taking prescription meds for diabetes for 6 years to help keep my A1C levels somewhat in check. I check my blood sugar levels every day at home. Since starting this extract, my fasting blood sugar levels have gotten better in a short period of time. My goal is to get my A1C level down enough that I am in the pre-diabetic range and can eliminate the prescription meds. I highly recommend this extract for someone who needs to lower their blood sugar!
