Manual drying is eliminated preventing cross-infection from the use of towels. EC14 is readily biodegradable. Directions for Use – Automatic warewashing rinse aid is introduced during the rinse cycle at a very low concentration of 1-2ml/L of rinse water via automatic dosing equipment. For best results flash drying at 80-90 degrees is recommended. In domestic style dishwashers the rinse additive is dispensed from a small reservoir unit which must be kept full.
